Hikari's P.O.V
For about an hour, we all tried to help Diane gain her memories back but it was no use. So we had decided to leave her alone with King in the meantime. "The reason for Diane's memory loss is because of Gowther doing one of his experiments on her." I informed both Meliodas and Elizabeth while I clenched my fist in frustration.
"But why would Gowther do such a thing?" Meliodas asked with a confused expression while he was holding onto Elizabeth's arm.
"Because he doesn't have a heart and wants to understand what it's like to have one, he's a doll after all." Elizabeth spoke normally and looked into my eyes with a concerned expression. She was still worried about how my curse was broken. I didn't want to tell her or she'd try to stop me since there is a chance I'd die..
"Anyways we need to get Gowther to stop messing with Diane! It's hurting King..." I looked away from Elizabeth...even in my mind, I can't bare to call her mother. It hurts way to much...besides, she can't be helping me. Her goal is to save father...no one else.
"I won't stop messing with Diane yet." A voice spoke with no emotion and behind both Meliodas and Elizabeth, I saw Gowther!
"Gowther...you need to stop! Don't you care at all about Diane?! She's your comrade!!" I screamed angrily and ran up to Gowther while grabbing onto his shirt in a rough way.
"Hikari please calm down...!" Meliodas shouted in a worried tone but at this point...I don't care. I need to stop Gowther from manipulating Diane.
"Hikari don't do this!" Elizabeth shouted and it surprised me a little at the fact that she was worried about me. Of course she would...she's my mother...it hurts just to say that word.
"You're angry at your mother aren't you? You hate how she never looked your way and you especially hate her for giving birth to you. You suffered all this time and you despise her for never helping you, she left you to suffer alone." Gowther had looked into my deepest darkest thoughts...how could he? It's true what he said, but...
"I hate you too...Gowther." I spoke firmly and immediately began to use my power to fight against the manipulater...he needs to pay for what he's done to us.
