Okay so like,,,, I have so many fucking rants about Wattpad and it's userfriendly-ness and there will be a-many chapters about this shit.

these are my notifications settings, Mr Wattpad. You know what I want? Votes, comments, etc. You know what i DONT want? Useless shit like chapter updates and "announcements".
It is so fucking annoying to have half my notifs be just "[blank] made a new announcement!" or "[blank updated [blank!]" even when i OPTED OUT OF THOSE NOTIFICATIONS
Like, I get it. Updates are great and yeah I'm gonna read it, but I can tell if there's new shit from the orange bars in the library which is all I need. And the stupid announcement shit? Fuck offffff
It's a helpful tool if you want that stuff, but following writers who update a lot is ANNOYING AS FUCK. I feel less inclined to WANT to follow people i like because of announcements about their other WIPs that I don't care about.
It's stupid, and I hate it. give me actually functional notifications for your app, you cowards.
