Chapter Six

Toxic Skies p.o.v.

Aw great. I should've known I would make the group. Great. Just great. Now I would have to learn a bunch of dumb procedures and 'protect Equestria'. Now I won't have time for my video games and taking naps. And worst of all, I won't have time to eat food! No!!! Ugh, I wish my parents had never made me sign up. As I sat on my bed thinking about all this, I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!" I called. I turned to see a bright blue pegasus with a green and purple mane walk in with a little basket. She seemed very bouncy and bright, which I liked about her. She had a big smile on her face. "Hi, I'm Cloudy Night." She said. I looked at her flank, but there was no cutie mark. Strange. She saw me look at her flank and laughed. "Oh, yeah, I'm a blank flank." She then looked over at my flank. I had a blue toxic sign, with yellow clouds surrounding it. I got it after I caused an explosion( long story), and made the clouds turn yellow. Cloudy handed me the basket and said "Its a welcoming gift, I made it myself." I laughed and said "Is it poisoned?" She laughed and said in a witch voice "Maybe!" We laughed until we started crying and then she left. Wow, she was nice. Maybe I could survive this training group while I was friends with her.

Cloudy Night's p.o.v.

I walked out of the room. I thought that the pegasus was awfully nice. She was interesting too. She had a black coat, with a blinding yellow mane. I'd never seen anypony like her before. Even her cutie mark was interesting. I looked at my sorry excuse for a flank. I sighed, wondering if I would ever get my cutie mark. Toxic Skies was so lucky. I saw my brother fluttering at the end of a hallway. I started to fly towards him but I stopped. He was talking to General Cotton Candy! I hid behind a large vase. Ever since the Wonderbolts had sent us to stay at the Canterlot Castle, I had learned that there were many hiding places. I heard a part of the conversation:

"General, they need to know!"

"No, its for their protection."

"If that was true, then you would tell them!"

"To tell the them an apocalypse was happening would just make the situation worse."

I gasped. What was going on?

The next few chapters start revealing what is going on. As for now, I leave you to your imagination. I'm such a terrible author, leaving you at this. >:)
