The telephone on your nightstand started ringing and you answered it.
"It's Y/n." You said, waiting for the other person to answer.
"So it is you, i was afraid you gave me the wrong number."
"Oh, hey Nikki." You said, a small smile spreading on your lips. "What's up?"
"Oh nothing, just got home. Tommy seemed pretty upset once he got back, didn't want me to stay any longer. Did you two get into an argument or something?" He asked.
"Yeah we did, he got pissed that we switched numbers and said some mean things. Then he told me that my performance was lame and that he regret supporting me." You said, tears filling your eyes once again.
"He said that?" Nikki sounded tense and a bit angry,
"Yeah, but it was just the anger talking, I'm sure he didn't mean it." You said with a sniffle.
"Your performance was amazing Y/n, I've never been so taken by someone else's voice." He said, making you smile.
"Thank you so much Nikki." You said.
"No problem." He mumbled. "What did you say, after he said those mean things?"
"Nothing, well i told him that you and me switching numbers was none of his business. I wanted to hit back but i knew that would start crying if i did." You laughed. "Once we got to my house i said that he should think before he speaks, even if he's angry. Then i just slammed the door and walked inside."
"You want me to talk to him?"
"No, he'll just be even more upset if he finds out that i told you. It'll be fine, i'll talk to him."
"Okey.." It got quiet for a moment, it seemed like he was thinking. "Uh Y/n?" He asked and you hummed, showing him that you were listening. "Do you want to meet up later?" He rushed out.
"Sure, what were you thinking?"
"Maybe just drive around for a bit? Listen to music."
"You're too cute Nikki, pick me up outside Whiskey A Go Go, at 8." You said, trying to hide the smile in your voice.
"Sure, yeah, so, see ya later."
"Bye bye, see you!" You said and hung up. The feeling of fluttering in your stomach came over you, and you knew that you liked Nikki more that you should.
But you had to make up with Tommy. Even though you didn't say anything mean to him, you still felt like it was your fault. You got out of bed, keeping the oversized shirt on but removing the light jeans, making a dress out of it. You grabbed a small backpack and put your polaroid camera and money in it. You pressed Tommys number on your phone and waited for him to answer.
"Tommy." He said, his voice raspy and dark.
"Tommy hey, i-it's Y/n." You said, voice shaking.
"Y/n?" You herd him sit up in his bed.
"Yeah, so, how are you?" You carefully asked, not really knowing what to say.
"I could be better." He chuckled. "You?"
"Same here." You chuckled softly. "You want to grab lunch? At our place."
"Sure Y/n, see you in an hour."
"Yeah, take care, bye."
"Bye, you too." This is usually how it went after a fight, you or Tommy would call and you'd eat. Then everything would go back to normal. You said goodbye to your mom and started walking towards the restaurant where you and Tommy always went. But first you wanted to go to a new clothing store nearby. You had walked past it several times, but never really bothered to go inside. But since you had some spare time before you and Tommy would meet up, you decided to go there.
Once you walked inside, you were starstruck. Everything was incredible, both the male and the female section. You found a badass leopard printed vest for Tommy, several shirts and accessories for you. Even a pair of black jeans, that made your arse look ravishing.

You paid for everything, asking for a separate bag to put Tommy's shirt in. You walked outside, making your way to the restaurant. Tommy was already there, hugging you tightly as you came in sight. You walked inside and ordered before sitting down at your table by the window.
"Y/n, i am truly sorry for what i said, i didn't mean any of it, okey?" He said, looking ashamed of his earlier actions.
"Tommy it's fi-" He interrupted you.
"No, it's not, i was an asshole."
"You were, but i forgive you, we're okey." He smiled lovingly at you. "Oh, i got you something. A replacement for the shirt i got earlier today." You said, giving him the bag containing his vest.
"Y/n! You didn't have too." He said but grabbed the bag, eagerly looking inside. He loved getting presents. He gasped as he held it up. "Y/n! This is so badass!"
"I know! That's what i thought." You smiled, happy that he liked it. He got up and hugged you tightly, thanking you over and over again. Soon, your food came and you started eating, chatting lively with each other, everything was back to normal.

You walked alone down the Sunset Strip. Well, not alone, several people was there. Groupies, junkies, teenagers and alcoholics. Sunset Strip was never asleep. You stood outside Whiskey A Go Go, remembering the first time you were there. Mötley Crüe had their first ever gig, and you were there to support Tommy. You barely spoke to the others, Nikki and Vince were looking for hookups just minutes after the show ended and Mick never spoke too much. He just sat quietly wit you and Tommy, who obviously were talking like there was no tomorrow.
Then it was you who stood on that stage. You had never been so nervous yet so exited at the same time, it gave you such a thrill. And even though not many people were there, you connected with them, through your music. It made you want to sing forever and ever.
Another one bites the dust by Queen was playing inside the nightclub. The groovy song escaping through the walls. You quietly sang along with it.
But then you herd a car honk and headlights almost blinded you. You held your hand in front of your face and waited for the person to turn them off. Once they did you stared and saw Nikki laughing at you from the drivers seat. You flipped him off before you walked around the car, sitting down in the passenger seat, then the fun began.
