Telling the truth

"Is there a reason you wanted to have lunch with Harry?"

"Yeah I wanted to talk to him"

"About?"

"Just some stuff" I tell Kian "I want to be honest with him baby and I think it's time I start"

"About?"

"Just some things baby" I smiled as I kissed his cheek.

My phone beeped "I got to go meet Harry now"

"Alright"

"Hey Effy"

"Yeah baby?"

"You know I'm not worried or jealous anymore about Harry"

I smiled "really?"

"Yeah"

"Good cause I love you" I kissed him once more before leaving and meeting Harry at a restaurant for lunch.

"Hey Haz"

"Hey Effy" he smiled as we kissed each other cheek.

"How was our son?"

"He was good"

"Good" I smiled as I leaned into his car seat "hi baby! Mommy missed you" I kissed him a bunch of times as we put his car seat on a chair between us.

We ordered lunch "so what is this for?"

I took a deep breath "I wanted to be honest with you about a few things"

"Okay"

"I just want to start off by saying I love you Harry...." my phone beeped "sorry excuse me for a second" I got up and went over to the bathroom when Helene send me a video.

I sighed and played it as it was a video of Harry and I together. Tears filled my eyes as I glanced up at Harry at the table with our son. God what is wrong with me? I went back to the table.

"Are you okay?"

"Did Helene text you?"

"No why?"

I restarted the video and showed him "watch"

He took my phone in his hands as he watched us in our greatest moments.

"Wow" he smiled as he looked up at me and gave me my phone back "w-what were you going to say?"

"It doesn't matter" I smiled.

"Effy"

I sighed "I was going to come here and basically tell you that I think I always liked Kian and it was always him but" I sighed "I watched that video and it just brought it back for me. We were happy" I smiled at him "I was scared to fall for you Harry, I was terrified actually but you made it so easy. I fell in love with my best friend and not a lot of people can say that. We had a great relationship and friendship and I really did love you"

"But was it always Kian?" He asked me.

"I think it always was but I didn't know about it for awhile," I tell him honestly.

"I wish you figured that out before" he tells me "I asked you about him remember"

"Yes and nothing was going on! Kian was my best friend and I didn't see him as anything more than that"

"But you knew he was into you?"

"I knew he might of liked me but nothing more than that I think" I tell him "but I think everything that happened had to happen we had to break up to have Brad which lead me to Kian"
