Audrey POV:
I felt bad for Y/N after she stormed off. I had no idea she didn't know who her parents were. Must be a real smack in the face when everyone else in Auradon knows who their parents are. Carlos asked, "Should someone go after her?" "I will." I said and left before anyone could say anything. I realised as I began walking, I didn't even know which room was hers but luckily, I ran into Jane on the way and asked her. I also asked her, "How come nobody knew Fairy Godmother took Y/N in and let her stay here?" "I guess it just never came up and she can be, how do I put it, not very open to people when it comes to talking about family. Hence why not many people know." I guess that makes sense, after that I head over to her dorm. I was hesitant in knocking but I knew she might need someone to comfort her.
Your POV:
I heard a knocking at the door. I just don't want to deal with people right now, I thought to myself. "Y/N. It's me Audrey! Look I get you don't want to talk about what happened but can we at least talk?" I sighed heavily and opened the door slowly. I was greeted by Audrey immediately hugging me like her life depended on it. I wasn't sure what to do at first but eventually hugged her back. She then closed the door and took my hand and dragged me to the bed. We both sat back on the bed and cuddled up to each other. A few minutes passed and Audrey asked, "Ever thought about finding out who your parents are?" "If I'm being honest, I've been avoiding it mainly because I don't want to be disappointed by the outcome." Audrey nodded and seemed to understand.
Audrey POV:
When Y/N said she didn't want to find out who her parents were, I have to disagree. I think she should find out but I wasn't going to push it any further. I'll wait until she's ready to find them. Or, I could enlist the help of the VKs but not tell Y/N anything. I must have been thinking about this longer than I realised because I felt Y/N getting heavier on my shoulder. When I looked at her, she had fallen asleep. Without realising what I was doing, I leaned over, kissed her cheek and gently lay her down. Then I went to find the other VKs, any luck they're still in the cafeteria if not I'll call Evie, I think she would be the obvious person to go to first.
Time Skip
Evie POV:
Audrey called and asked to meet in the library. I thought it was strange as she hung up without telling me what was up but I went along with it anyway. I found her in the library and went over. "Hey Audrey, what's wrong?" "I need advice on something." Now I am intrigued, I thought to myself. "So, Y/N said she doesn't want to find out who her parents are in case she's disappointed by the outcome, but what if I was to find out who they are for her and if it's a good result we can tell and if not, we just don't say anything to her?" I wasn't sure about this for several reasons. I just simply told her, "Are you sure this is a good idea? I mean what if you get caught in the process, who knows how she'd react." "That's why I need your help and the other VKs too. I won't be able to find out on my own." "I guess it could work if me and the others help. And if she begins to get suspicious, you can distract her or one of us can." I told her. "Sure except for Harry though." I laugh at that. "I think he knows to not hit on her anymore. Uma's told him off for it." Audrey sighed and said, "Okay then, can you talk to the others and if they agree, we can start tomorrow. It's Sunday tomorrow so we'll have most of the day." I agreed to talk to the others, after that we both went our separate ways. I guess I'll go and talk to the others then.
Ending this one here. Any ideas on who parents could be? Could it be someone from Auradon or a villain who lives on the isle that never crossed the line after D3? Let me know what you think and don't forget to vote!
