MAINE'S POV
It was our last two days here at manila, kaya i prepares a short vacation for us kasama ang family ko and rj's family.
Nauna na kami dito ni celestine sa resthouse namin sa boracay, while yung iba naman ay papunta na dito.
"tin,wanna eat first?"-maine,i sat beside her at the sofa.
"sure,let's walk outside?"-celes
"aren't you tired?"-maine
"no,not really"-celes
"ok,then let's go"-maine
They change there clothes, and go outside. They walk holding hands outside at the shore.
"we will eat again later?"-celes
"yes,pagkarating ng iba"-maine
"ok"-celes
They enter one restaurant near there house, they sat inside and ordered there food.
While they are eating....
"i talked to your doctor earlier"-maine
"and then?"-celes
"there is a bad news"-maine
"huh?"-celes
"you have scoliosis,that's why your shoulder isn't tie,pero they will still check you para sure pagbalik natin dun"-maine
"that's the reason why my spinal is aching and hurt sometimes?"-celes
"yes"-maine,she said and hold her daughter's hand.
"is there a way?"-celes,she look straight at her eyes and there is sadness at awa sa mga mata nya.
"yes,you have to wear a braces first for your back and then after a months they have to f-fix your back,ooperahan ka,they discuss to me kung paanong process ang igagawa nila syo pag naoperahan ka"-maine,she said and teary eyes ready.
"opera?as in? My whole back? My whole spinal?"-celes,she ask her in shock.
"yes,para di kana nagtitiis sa sakit anak"-maine,celestin look at her mom and wiped her tears.
"ok,it's ok mom"-celestin,and hold back her mom's hand.
"is it ok with you?"-maine
"yes,for my own wealth,and for you also and for all the family that i have i know you all will guide me and look after me thru this"-celes,she said and tears are on her own cheeks already.
"good,such a brave kid"-maine,she smiled and wiped her daughter's tears.
"like you"-celes,she said and smiled back at her.
"maybe when we go back at nyc? The doctor will start to check me?"-celes
"yes,she told me that when we go back at nyc we will talk to her as soon as possible"-maine
"ok"-celestin,she said and continue eating.
After eating.... They stay for a minutes inside the restaurant.
"mom,they are there already"-celes,she look up and met her mom's look from the phone.
"who?"-maine,she reply questionaly.
"dad's family"-celes
"ok,let's go back na"-maine,celes nod.
They go back into there house. And the faulkerson family are already at the living room.
