He felt it again, that pang in his chest, that undeniable urge to punch someone. Why was he felling this way? The answer was simple, because of her. The girl that he's been in love with for years, sitting at the slytherin table and talking to that boy again. Oh how seeing then together makes his blood curl, the way he reaches out to touch her shoulder, they way he traced hid finger along her delicate face, the way her eye lit up whenever she sees him. Eve though those tiny things make his mind swirl with violent thoughts, what really makes his blood curl was the fact that every night Shownu would sneak out of his common room to an abandoned corridor to meet Kihyun. Jungkook, during his prefect rounds, caught Shownu having Kihyun pressed against a wall, looking up at the light emerging from the younger's wand with shocked eyes and swollen lips.
There he was again, sitting against a tree close to the Great Lake with her leaning against his shoulder. Normally, Jungkook would be experiencing a euphoric feeling in the pit of his stomach being so close to the older female but as of this moment, he felt like a goblin with horns.
"Shownu is so funny and sweet and kind. I honestly like him a lot and I think he likes me too. Well, I hope he does," as she blabbered on and on about Shownu all Jungkook could do was nod his head and hold back his tears.
"Today's the day Gguggie, I'm gonna confess to Shownu," she stated, bouncing on one foot to another,"Wish me luck." With that she quickly kissed his cheek and ran off to find her lover boy, not noticing the remorseful look that the younger was giving her.
Jungkook was surprisingly stealthy for someone that tall and buff, he followed her all the way to the outside of the slytherin common room. He watched as the girl he's been helplessly in love with broke down as Shownu rejected her confession, saying that he loved another. So there Jungkook stood with her arms wrapped around his torso, tears and snot staining his uniform, trying to decide which emotion to feel, relief as he still had a chance or grief as his beloved was in pain.
