Your Hero // Mysterio x Reader //

Thinking over

An hour passed after the fight of the century and you two were ready. You gave Quentin some of the oversized clothes you had and, suprisingly, he fit into them. Both of you were lucky because you tend to also shop at the mens section.
Putting on your running shoes and Quentin putting on the boots he had. You two headed out towards the forest.
"So have you met other superheroes?" You asked trying not to spoil anything from the movie.
"Ah, yes, actually! His name is Spider-man I dont think think know his real-"
"Peter Parker, yes?" You blurted out with a little pride of your knowledge.

Quentin looked suprised for a moment and then his look softened.

'Of course you would know about this.'

He thought and proceeded to tell you about the time he spend with that kid. It was a miracle for him when you didn't bring up any other small details like E.D.I.T.H.. If you knew it would ruin his chances of being friends with you and maybe a little more than that.

You knew about E.D.I.T.H. You knew about Peter getting hurt. And those where a few reasons on why you should be more careful with what you say and  what you do. The worst thing is that you didn't know what he was thinking.

That thought seemed to make you hesitate about going into the forest with him.

Beck looked at you seemingly catching you at that state.

Wide eyes, furrowed eyebrows, clenched fists... Almost like you were hesitant about walking deeper into the forest. Maybe you were scared of getting lost...?
Beck looked at you, smiling, in hopes that that whould make you smile just a bit so you would feel a little more comfortable with him.

"Hey, whats with the long face?"Beck said surprising you.
"Oop" You said tripping and face planing into the ground.

Quentin looked around with a little panic on his face. What does he do-

Giggling had stopped him on his tracks and look at you with a curious face.

You were on the ground laughing your arse off!

"Are you... okay?"

The answer he got was more giggles but this time they turned into manic laughter.

"I'm better than ever!" You replied lifting your face up. Your clumsiness never suprised you. It was a miracle that you were alive!
You eventuality decide to get up and start walking into the forest with a slight hop in your steps.

Seeing like this so comfortable. He knew that it was going to get harder and harder for you to be happy if he let the story continue.
An idea slithered into his mind as ge run up to catch up with you.

What if  you go back in his universe with him...?

He powdered about it. Was it really worth it losing the trust between you two...? It was for your safety after all. Whould you really be mad at him if you woke up somewhere where you couldn't escape him? Yes, yes you whould.

But it was for your safety he kept telling himself.
