I finished my drink and ordered a new one to the bartender

"I don't agree" Tumaas naman ang kilay ko sa kanya

"I don't agree, para sa akin hindi maiiwasan yon. Kasi there will be a day na makakakita ka ng isang tao and everything will stop. Time will stop and so is motion. You will notice him/her, his/her outfit, his/her smile—everything. In short, maiinlove ka pa din kahit wala kang balak" He argued

"Okay fine, you win. Let's drop this topic, What's your name?" Tanong ko sa kanya

"Damien Andreus Bubley, yours?" He lend out his hand asking to shake it

"Evalyn Dulce Castellano" I shake his hands for seconds and let go of it

"What should I call you? Eva?" He asked

"Yup, Eva although my childhood nickname si Cece(she-she)" I said and laughed

"Ngayon ka palang tumawa simula nung nagusap tayo ah?" He smiled and drank his beer

"Yeah, masarap pala yung ganto. May kausap sa gitna ng problema" I sadly smiled

"Well, masarap talaga na may kausap lalo na kapag may problema. Don't you have friends?"

"I do have before.." I sarcastically laughed

"Oh, what happened then?" He asked interested of the topic

"I had an ex boyfriend, I was in his condominium but suddenly I heard weird noises, like moans and grunts. I opened the door to his room and saw him and my friend's naked body, on top of each other—having sex" I remembered the scene and felt the pain once again

"That's quite absurd" He said

"Wait, there's more.. When I told this to my other friends which are also my friend's friends since we are in a same friendship circle. I can't believe that they believe in her lies, saying that I'm making a story just to have an excuse of my breakup with my ex boyfriend. I just can't believe it, I just can't." I straight drink my beer and ordered another one

"That's..." he was speechless of what I've told him

"Yup, speechless huh?"

"Oo... why would they believe sa babaeng yon?" He asked again

"Dahil, lahat mahal yung babaeng yon. Sikat and mayaman pa, while me? I'm just your normal average girl. Nothing is special about me"

"If you say so, pero lahat naman tayo may something na special eh. Tulad ko, may taglay na kagwapuhan—that's special" He winked at me

Muntik na ako masamid.

"Seriously? Sa tingin mo maniniwala ako dyan?" Obviously, sabi ng isip ko. Totoo naman na gwapo sya but medyo mahangin eh

"Hahahaha, i'm just kidding. I don't want to brag about my looks you know" He winked again

It's kinda irritating but at the same time seductive.

"Teka, bat puro buhay ko ang pinaguusapan natin? Let's talk about yours" I changed the topic

"Hmm? About me, fire it away" He said and ordered some snacks

"It's too cold here, you even made it colder." I sarcastically said

"Hahahahaha, I had 3 girlfriends and numerous flings" I didn't judge him as I listen to him

"My past relationship? it only ended 6 months ago. Why it ended? because she still loves her ex boyfriend" He sighed
