"At first, hindi ko pinansin yon. Dahil baka may sira sa utak yon since akala ko mabait yung CEO. Months have passed and he showed some sweet gestures that made me fall for him. I asked him kung single sya and he said yes. Stupid liar"

"3 months had passed since the position as a secretary was given to me. He asked if he could court me, ako naman si tanga um-oo naman. 2 months syang nanligaw bago ko sya sagutin, he was happy o masaya nga ba? Nung araw na sinagot ko na sya. And then by December, we went to Batangas and celebrated our monthsarry— What date is it today?" I asked him

"It's December 20, why?" He asked

"Oh, December 20 huh. Today is supposed to be our 1 year and 4 months." I laughed darkly.

"Oh...my bad, can you continue?" I nodded and continued my story

"So September 20 was our day, we are together for 10 months,  months had passed since we broke up but the pain and the love is still here. Hanap ako ng hanap ng trabaho sa loob ng dalawang buwan pero wala ako mahanap ni isa. I'm starting to get frustrated dahil hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko—in short I'm broke. Luckily, may tinulungan ako na isang matandang lalaki sa pagtawid. I didn't know na mayaman sya or what kasi nakasuot sya ng pangmahirap. Nagulat ako nung binigyan nya ako PHP 20,000, I refused the offer ofcourse pero mapilit si lolo. It's like he knew that I was broke and in need of money" Mahabang sambit ko

"Pero bakit mo naman winaldas?" He asked

"Hindi ko winaldas, I only brought 2K hano" I defended myself

"So, nakwento ko na storya ko! How about yours?" I suggested to him

He nodded and started his story.

"So, nagkakilala kami ng past girlfriend ko sa Galinca Mall. Cliché as it is pero may gusto akong bilin that time and when I reached it, nagkahawak ang mga kamay namin. I felt the spark, we stared at each other for seconds and she pulled her hands away from me. Sabi nya na, sa akin na lang daw yon but me, being the gentleman I am, binili ko at binigay ko sa kanya" I rolled my eyes and let him continue

"At first, she refused pero tinanggap din nya afterwards dahil kailangan na kailangan daw nya yon. She gave me her number and walked away. Days later, I decided to text her—we texted for weeks until we decided to see each other again. Nagkita kami sa isang amusement park noon and nagbonding kami. We talked a lot of stuff and by 7PM, we ate dinner together and by 9PM umuwi na kami sa sari sarili naming bahay"

"The continuous dates we had are romantic and lovely... hanggang sa nagdecide ako na umamin sa kanya. Thank God she likes me too at hinayaan na manligaw sa kanya. I was introduced to her parents and her parents love me. After 3 months, sinagot na nya ako and I never felt so happy before. We were very sweet at first pero nung medyo nagtagal, I noticed that something is odd"

"Parang palagi syang may itinatago sa akin. Palagi ko naman sya sinasabihan na wag mahihiya dahil boyfriend nya ako. She always say na wala syang itinatago pero halatang halata naman sa mga mata nya. So I decided to investigate, minsan nung tulog sya I sneak in to her bedroom and opened her phone. Alam ko naman ang password kaya madali kong nabuksan ito. I saw a text message at nakasaad don... "Goodnight baby, tell that boyfriend of yours that you are mine. Break up with him as soon as possible, 'kay? I love you soo much"

"Pagkakita't pagkakita ko ng text message na yon—ginising ko yung ex ko. I was asking her if it's true and she slowly nodded. Gustong gusto ko na umiyak that time pero pinipigilan ko lang sarili ko. I don't want to be weak in front of her. She doesn't deserve to see me at my weakest point. So I decided the best thing to do, I broke up with her" He ended the story with a tear in his eye
