Ruby's POV:

"Check me out, bitches! I got my own room. My own room." I said while jumping on my bed. I finally got my whole room to my self.

Jamal stood there picking up a book, then turning it over. "Royal reading? Ha." He laughed a bit shaking his head at Ruby.

"No." I replied back. "It's a conversation piece." I snatched the book out his hand and threw it on my bed. A few seconds later Monse has showed up at my house.

She yelled something but I really couldn't figure it out. I was to busy trying to figure out where to move my side table.

"No, seriously don't make such a fuss. I've only been gone all summer, but really, it's no big deal." She said while crossing her arms.

Me and Jamal both walked up to her for one group hug. "Where's Cesar?" She started to ask questions, and man was I not trying to get into this topic.

I sighed and told her we weren't talking to him anymore. Jamal tried to changed the topic, reminding us about orientation.

We started walking to the school and Monse was still going on about this Cesar situation. She can't even try to let this go, I mean she knows she can but she just chooses not to.

"What happened with Cesar? This silent treatment will only last so long, I will break you." She's never going to let this go.

I took my phone out and changed it to the camera to make sure this heat isn't messing up my hair. I spotted jasmine turning the corner.

I said our code word we came up with just for whenever we saw her. She started yelling telling us to wait up.

"Yo! You guys going to orientation? Hey, why you guys walking so fast?" We just ignored her and started running for the hills.

We heard music coming down the street, I turned and looked back and saw Oscar's car. Shit, now Monse might try and do something.

"Fine, then I'll ask myself." I heard Monse tel Jamal , I tried to stop her but by the time I turned around she was already standing in front of the car.

Jessica POV.:

Some crazy girl walked in front of the car, causing Oscar to slam on his breaks. He yelled out his window calling her  crazy, but from the looks of it she didn't care.

She walked up to the side of the car, she made a confused faced when she seen my brother and I inside the car with the boys.

"I just came to tell Cesar that I'm back in town."  She looked in the back seat and waved at Cesar. I was really getting the vibe that she didn't like me, or probably thought I was just some home wrecker.

"Whose the chick?" She asked.

I sat up sticking my head in between Oscar and my brother to introduced myself. "I'm Jessica Garcia." I said, while giving her a warm smile. "My brother and I just moved in with Cesar and Oscar down the street."

I can tell by that sentence coming out my mouth I hit a nerve. "Riiight." She said while looking back at Cesar. "Well I'll catch up with you later."

She turned around and headed back towards these two boys who looked just like Jamal and Ruby. They were waiting for her at the end of the sidewalk.

Cesar grabbed my hand and interlocked it with his and then lean over and whispered in my ear. "Trust me they didn't tell her what happened, if she knew she wouldn't have been talking to me.

He has a point if she knew what happened between me and Cesar during summer break, he probably get hit and she'll probably be digging my grave. If I have to admit anything, I don't regret one thing.
