My phone kept buzzing from all the text messages and missed phone calls, I was getting from him.
My heart was truly hurting. I laid in my bed for a few minutes before getting up.
*phone starts ringing*
I rolled my eyes because now Cesar is getting annoying. I picked my phone up off my dresser, turning it around seeing it was my dad FaceTiming me.
I hurried up and wipe my eyes from me crying earlier, and then answered the phone. It was the first time my dad left me alone while he was alway for work.
"Stop worrying."
"It's my job to worry. Especially since it's the first time I'm leaving you alone without a sitter."
"Dad, I'm good and not hiring Mrs. Ruiz will save us a lot of money."
"Don't you worry about that. Well I'll talk to you in the morning to check up on you. Love you, baby."
"Love you, too Dad." I smirked before hanging up, tossing my phone onto the bed. I'm beat I had a long day and just wanted this day to be over.
I took off my shirt before heading over to my closet to find me a tank top to sleep in. I felt a cold hand touch my shoulder, causing me to jump. I grabbed my bat and turned around. Oh, look who it is, the cheater him self.
"What are you doing here — Get out!" I yelled at him while point the bat directly in his face. With the anger that I was feeling I wanted to hit him so bad.
"Hear me out, Please. I never meant to hurt you."
"Then why did you do it? You see how much trouble it caused in our crew?" I explained.
"After everything that we've been through." I tried my best to keep my emotions together, but I could feel the tears building up inside.
"I was drunk and wasn't thinking clearly in my head. It was a stupid thing for me to do and I'm sorry."
*sighs* I shook my head putting the bat down beside my closet. I can he was sorry for everything that had happened, but doesn't mean it won't happen again.
I plopped myself onto the bed sitting next to Cesar. "Look I forgive you, but this doesn't mean I'm going to forget what you did."
He nodded his head agreeing to what I said, while looking down on the floor. After a couple of minutes went by Cesar was headed back to towards his house.
After tonight, I just want to take the longest nap in the world. I set my alarm clock for school tomorrow, so I can meet the boys in time.
I met Jamal and Ruby outside of my house. We started walking until I seen Cesar's house. I stop to think if I really wanted to wait for him or just keep walking to school.
"Fuck it." I mumbled. I started walking towards his house to wait for him. Even though I broke things off with him, I still have strong feeling for him.
"He's not coming with us." Jamal said, while crossing his arms.
"And why would you want him to?" Ruby said always putting in his two cents.
"Monse? Monse! See, bitches be bonkers." Jamal said while looking at ruby then walking towards me.
As soon as the boys came over, Cesar had walked outside with Jessica. It was on awkward walk to school. Jessica, Jamal and Ruby were in the front.
Cesar and I was in walking in the back of them. Hopefully the crew and get back together like old times.
