10.
I woke up the next morning with a wild smile plastered on my face.
This morning I was almost pleasant to be around, and I only threatened Steve's life twice.
"So I'm guessing today is your date?" Steve asks, raising an eyebrow at me while we walk to work.
"Tis." I answer happily, that same stupid smile is shining.
"What time?"
"7:00. So we have to leave work as soon as we finish our shifts." I warn him.
"Okay, babe." He laughs, unhooking his arm from mine as we step into the restaurant.
"Is Anna working today?" I ask Sam, who is up front today.
"Nope, she's working at her other job." He laughs.
Anna has three jobs for two reasons; one because she has to pay off collage, and the second one being she can't sit still.
"Course." I mumble, a little disappointed because I miss her.
"Oh and these were sent for you." Sam winks, handing me a large bouquet of flowers.
I take them with a struggle, mutter a thank you and walk back to the break room in a daze.
I set down the flowers and find a card, opening it it says,
Just preparing you for an amazing night:)
-NiallxxI feel my cheeks heat up, this is so sweet! I'm starting to think that maybe he's not a real person... no he is too perfect to be fake.
I stand, still in awe, and walk out of the break room.
"Was that from a certain blond?" Steve winks, making me blush and push him, telling him to shut up.
"Aww, Prim has a boyfriend!" He mocks.
"He's not my boyfriend!" I correct him, even though I want him to be so much.
"Whatever you say, babe." He winks again.
"Get away from me before I stab you." I warn.
Okay so maybe I threatened his life three times...

"Steve, how do I look? Tell me if you don't like it, be completely honest. I'm serious!" I ramble, standing in front of Steve in a panic.
"You look lovely." He smiles, looking over my black high waisted skinny jeans and pink top that's tucked in. It's a simple out fit, but when I asked Niall what to wear he said casual.
"Thank you, I'm nervous. Did you hear that? Was that the door? I think it was. Shit!" I panic.
"You'll be fine, just try not to be too awkward." He warns as I make my way to the door.
"Thanks!" I call back sarcastically, then swinging the door open to reveille the smiling blond boy.
"You're nervous?" He asks.
"W-what?" I stutter, already showing my awkward side. I hear Steve's hushed laughs.
"You have very thin walls, love. And you look wonderful, by the way." He winks.
"How long have you been here?" I mumble, walking out and shutting my door.
"Not long." He shrugs, leading me down the narrow hall with his hand resting on my lower back. His touch makes my back tingle and my heart race, I have to fight to keep the smile off my face.
"Thank you for picking me up." I say shyly.
"Why are you so shy sometimes? You'll go from confident to awkwardly shy in three seconds." He chuckles.
"S-sorry." I giggle lightly.
"Don't be sorry, love. You are very confusing though." I nod, agreeing that I am, in fact confusing.
When we get out side it was pouring rain, honestly I didn't know it ever rained today...
Niall removed his hand from my back and took off his grey sweatshirt, putting it over my shoulders without a word.
"Won't you get wet?" I ask him.
"Yes." He nods simply, stepping into the rain, unaffected.
He grabbed my hand and practically dragged me to his car. Then, being the gentleman he is, he opened the door for me.
As he jogged to his side of the car I noticed how hard it was raining, it soaked through Niall's sweatshirt and my own shirt.
I rolled up the sleeves that were much too long for my arms as he opened his door, climbing in, soaked.
"You're soaked, here." I say, taking off his sweatshirt and handing it over to him.
"No, primrose." Niall said, shaking his head so drops of water splashed into me from his hair.
The rest of the ride was quiet again, only the sound of a band in unfamiliar with was playing softly.
When we pulled in front of his castle I looked at it in awe, again.
"C'mon, love." Niall chuckled and stepped out of his car, waiting for me to follow him.
"The boys are home tonight so we are going up stairs." Niall whispered in my ear as we entered the castle, sending shivers down my back.
I nodded in response.
"Hey, Ni!" A boy that I remembered as Louis screamed as we walked past the living room.
"Hey, Lou, boys." Niall casually greets his friends.
"Oh you have company, I see? Well try not to be too loud!" Louis screams after us as we climb the stairs.
I feel my cheeks heat up at his comment, then look down, and studying the floor.
"Don't pay attention to him." Niall whispers to me.
When we get into his room he shuts the door and walks over to me. I feel my breath hitch as he gets closer to me.
"Shit, Primrose, you're shivering." Niall curses, rubbing my arms quickly trying to warm me up. I haven't noticed how cold I was until he pointed it out.
"O-oh. I'm fine." I shrug, trying not to pay attention to his hands on my arms. Damn I want to kiss him! He's right there too... no, Prim, no!
"C'mer, lets watch a movie and get you warm." He chuckles happily, then walking me over to his bed.
We both sit down and he turns on his television, searching Netflix for a good movie.
"Wait, stop, hold the phone! Was that Mean Girls?" I stop him, getting all excited.
"Yes... please no." He begs.
"We can either watch Mean Girls or down the next two hours listening to me recite the movie line-by-line." I threaten.
"You have memorized the whole movie?" Niall asks in amazement.
"Don't judge, play the movie." I order playfully.
"I'm not going to lie, the reciting was kinda tempting..." He trails while pressing play.
I don't know how, but at some point during the movie we shifted so we were laying back on the pillows and his head was resting in my lap.
My hands found their way to his soft blond hair and I mindlessly played with his hair until I heard his light snores.
