Mistake

Pin ran after she saw Coiny. Her friend just got turned. She sat down behind a tree, sighing. Then, she heard steps and gurgling. She looks back. Coiny?

How did Coiny find me?

She started to run, and Coiny ran behind her. He was really fast. They run past TB’s cave, and GB spotted her, and she zooms towards her. Pin was getting tired, so her solution is to ditch them. She found the Underground factory! She runs faster then ever. She sees that there was a scanner for bites. She stood up, shaking. The scanner approved her and she zooms in. The door closes behind her, as she runs down lots of stairs. Then, banging started.

Balloony and Cloudy were sitting down behind a tree, as they were waiting for something to happen. They aren’t aware of the virus, and they just chatted during this time. Their spot was hard to uncover. They did hear the chasing and gurgling from behind them, but didn’t bother. Then, Balloony got worried about the noises.

Balloony-“Okay, Cloudy, what are those noises? It’s been going on for nights and days!”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“I don’t know. I’m going to see what this is, since it’s also starting to bother me!”

Cloudy turned around. Nothing. He decided to fly upwards to see Goiky better. He first noticed TB walking towards the forest. He then flew to him, only to jump back.

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Tennisball! What happened to you?”

TB turned back.

TB-“Sho yuo dgont khnoow?”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“About what? And your voice! Seriously. What happened?”

TB-“Whell, thgere ish shome vgirus thgat bhgasically thgurns obhgjects mhindgless.”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Wait. So you’re saying that chasing was because those sick objects wanted to... eat themselves?”

TB-“Prgetty mhguch. I rhgesisted it, sho im shane, ngot lhgike thge othgers.”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Thanks, I’m going to alert Balloony of this!”

And so he went. Balloony was patiently waiting for him. He waved hello at Cloudy. But he stopped when he noticed his worried face.

Balloony-“What’s the matter?”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Well... Theres this virus going around, that, if I understood, makes us like zombies. That chasing wasn’t games. It was the sick chasing others to eat them!”

Balloony-“Wait, what??”

Cloudy looked down. How where they gonna escape if they get uncovered? Oh! Wait!

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“If we’re seen, sit on me. I’ll fly up there.”

Balloony was glad they were safe, and resumed their tchit chat. Behind them, GB was walking around, following TB. She gets a glimpse of Cloudy, and stops. Another one? She zooms towards them. Cloudy heard the steps and flew back a bit, dodging her bite.

Cloudy -[Thick accent]-“Woah! Wait, Golfball? Oh... We’re trapped now!”

Balloony ran and sat on top of him.

Balloony-“Fly! We’ll escape! Quick!”

Cloudy then flies up, looking down. GB stared at them angrily.

Balloony-“Won’t you get tired though?”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Well, yeah. In an hour or two.”

And they resumed their tchit chat. GB was mad. But she had an idea. Since its hard to see her next to rocks, she would stay there until they came back down. And so she did it. She patiently waits.

Pin finds an active lab with Four and X.

Pin-“Wha? What is this?”

Four-“Oh, Pin! We’re trying to find the cure. I’m glad you found us!”

Pin-“Well... No problem. I just miss Coiny. He got turned, and he’s currently the one banging at the door.”

Four-“That explains some things.”

Pin nodded, and let the scientists do their job.

Cloudy started floating down.

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“I’m getting tired. Now that we’re safe, lets get back down now.”

They both land. Perfect. The moment GB has been waiting for. She zooms in, biting Balloony in time before Cloudy pulls him out.

Balloony-“Ow! Golfball! Oh wait...”

Cloudy gasped at the bite on his arm. GB stared at them, making Cloudy uncomfortable. He hugged Balloony, as he knew what was gonna happen. Then, GB grabbed Balloony and she hid behind the rock with him. Cloudy was devastated. He then heard his balloon pop. He flew away, as he was turning into a raining storm cloud. He spots a group with Pen, Tree and Black Hole. He flies to them, with tears in his eyes. Pen turned back, seeing a rainy, stormy, sad Cloudy.

Pen-“Bro, is somethin’ wrong?”

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“Well... Balloony got bit by GB, and he popped. I don’t know how. All I know is that he is with GB, dead or not.”

Pen-“Oh... I see. Stay with us!”

Cloudy went silent.

GB was enjoying herself. She caught another contestant. But she accidentally popped him. She grabs grass, then blows him back, but not 100% full. She then patches him up, then continues. Balloony was laying down on the floor, his body marked in several bite marks. GB left before he turned. Balloony tried to resist to the virus, but to no avail. He wakes up, with lifeless eyes

He still was slightly sane. He could understand emotions, but apart from that, he was gone. He noticed the group with Cloudy in it. He limped towards them. Cloudy was still a rain cloud, still sobbing a bit, while Pen comforted him. Pen spots Balloony.

Pen-“Watch out!”

Cloudy stared at his friend. His jaw dropped. A tear formed.

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“B-Balloony? What happened..?”

Balloony stared at the sad Cloudy. He stood there, not wanting to sadden him more. He remembers. Its his friend. He walked towards Cloudy. Pen got in front of him, swaying a stick at him.

Pen-“Go away! Shoo!”

Cloudy was shaking behind him. Balloony stopped walking when he was close to Pen. He pushed him aside, and sat next to Cloudy. Cloudy couldn’t believe it. Did he remember? Balloony stared at Cloudy with a sad look on his face.

Cloudy-[Thick accent]-“It’s okay. I know you can’t speak.”

Black Hole-“Sorry to interupt your moment, but, we got company.”

The team looks behind them. It was Cake.

Tree-“Since when did he got bit?”

Cloudy shrugged.

Tree-“Well, we can’t just stand there. C’mon!”

The team rushed out, Cake running after them. Balloony went infront of Cake, pushing him.

Cake-“Gnhrlghnrr?”(Bro, what are you doing?)

Balloony pointed at Cloudy, which was running away.

Balloony-“Hgnrlghgn!”(Im defending my friend! Now get out!)

Cake pushed him aside and continued to chase. Balloony couldn’t do anything at this point, and sat down, saddened.
