Chapter 12: A Confession Of Love and a mad echidna: Cream sat up as she looked at, Tails. Tails looked at, Cream as he walked up. "You ok, Cream?" Tails said as, Cream nodded. Tails was about to squat down to, Creams level but something popped in his head as he turned around thinking. Cream stood up as she walked up. "Tails?" Cream said as, Tails looked at, Cream. "You have been acting different when you are around me and you are protective. Why is that? You aren't this protective to anyone else but me." Cream said as, Tails got nervous and he looked ahead of him. Tails sat on the ground as he was scratching his head nervously. Cream sat infront of him as she looked into his eyes. "Whatever you have something to say I am here to listen." Cream said as, Tails got more nervous. "Uhh.... I-I don't know w-what you are t-talking about." Tails said as he was still nervous. Cream smiled. "It's alright! I ain't here to judge." Cream said as, Tails sighed. "I have something to tell you." Tails said as, Cream still sat there listening. "You can tell me!" Cream said as, Tails was nervous to say it. "The first time that I looked at you, I felt this new feeling that I never knew what it is was. My heart beats fast as I just want to smile everytime I see you. Everytime I see someone who tries to hurt you, my heart drops as I felt bad but it gets me mad. I don't ever want to see you hurt. Everytime I get you completely safe, my heart just beats fast again. I have been thinking about all this time and.. I thought it was love. Ever since I thought about that, my heart beats faster than normal when I look at you. I never had this before and I have been afraid to mention it to you not knowing if you would get mad. I-I---" Tails said as his face went really red as, Creams face went red as well. Cream hugged, Tails. "I love you too!" Cream said as, Tails face went more red and he hugged back.
Tails and Cream stopped hugging as they stood up as, Tails picked Cream up and flew home as they both were more happy then ever. While they were flying home, Knuckles was not happy. "I don't get it!" Knuckles said as, Bluey and Amy looked at him. "What?" Amy said. "Tails! Tails is up to something. He is always near, Cream and protecting her like she is his daughter or girl! I don't like it!" Knuckles said as, Amy was thinking. "They could be secretly dating! I wouldn't mind if they were. They would be a cute couple!" Amy said as she smiled. Knuckles punched Tails wall as he made a dent. "I would not approve!" Knuckles said as he went to, Amy mad. "They don't make a cute couple. I would punch, Tails and tell him to leave her alone!" Knuckles said as, Bluey stepped in. "You ain't no parent! You can't force anything, and yes they would make a cute couple!" Bluey said as, Knuckles looked at him. "I don't care, I will make sure I beat him until---" Knuckles was about to finish, but Bluey interrupted. "You are being selfish. If they were dating, I would make sure to keep your grumpy pants away from them until you get used to it!" Bluey said as, Knuckles storms off. "My goodness! Grumpy pants!" Bluey said as, Amy went to go check up on, Sonic. Amy noticed that, Sonic was gone and she rushed out out. "Sonic is gone!" Amy said as, Bluey looked at her and there was a sudden crash sound coming from outside.

(Btw in this story, I made it to where Cream and Tails are 1 year apart.)
