Him & I | Tyrus

It was a nice sunny Monday and school was starting again. Everyone had a nice summer and is sad to see it end, but excited to see their friends and meet new people.

Cyrus POV

I was a bit tired, but ready to see the Good Hair Crew again and the rest of my friends. It's been a few days since I last saw them so I'm more excited about school knowing I get to see them again. I'm just starting my sophmore year and I'm hoping to get good grades like usual. Hope my first day goes well.

I opened my phone as I walked to school and saw a few texts from the Good Hair Crew group chat.

Andi: hey are u all almost at school?

Buffy: I'm already walking there so let's meet up by the lockers

Andi: Cyrus?

Cyrus: almost there!

I got to school and went in through the main entrance. I looked around and found Buffy and Andi standing near their lockers talking. They saw me and waved and I waved back as I walked over to them.

Cyrus: "Hey! Ready for school?"

Andi: "Sure am! Hopefully this first day gives me some inspiration for a project for Andi Shack."

Buffy: "I'm just ready to get my basketball team going again."

Andi: "So where's Jonah?"

Cyrus: "Oh not sure- oh here he comes."

I saw him walking towards us waving with his iconic smile like usual. Marty from the party was walking next to him as well.

Andi: "Hey Jonah!"

Jonah: "Hey Andiman! Hey everyone."

Marty: "Hey!"

Buffy: "So do any of us have classes together?"

We all looked at our schedules and saw if we had any of the same classes. I got a little nervous thinking about what I'd do if I didn't have any classes with them. I'd be all alone without them.

Marty: "Seems like me and Buffy have only four classes together," he said with a smirk as Buffy tried to hide her smile.

Andi: "So what about the rest of you?"

Cyrus: "Seems like I have three classes with at least one of you, not sure what I'll do in the rest."

Buffy: "Come on Cyrus, I bet you'll make some new friends."

Cyrus: "I guess.."

Then the bell rang, meaning we had to head to our first class. I had math.

Jonah: "Well, that's the bell."

Andi: "Let's all meet up during lunch, okay?"

After we all agreed, we all headed to our classes. I didn't have Math with anyone I knew so I was hoping I didn't feel too lonely. I then remembered what Buffy said. I bet you'll make some new friends. I hope I do Buffy, I hope I do.
