"why don't you ever write me a song?" nova leant over so
that her arms draped over oliver's shoulder.
"i don't know."
she gave him a tiny smile. he could tell she wanted something. "will you write me a song?"
he gave her a soft smile. "i don't know."
her eyes grew softer and she leant a little bit
further over oliver's shoulder. her lips were very close to
his cheek. he swallowed.
"please."
he turned to face her, his lips only centimetres away from
hers.
she didn't move back. he was happy.
he turned around looking at the empty cafe. "shouldn't we get back on the road?"
she huffed and wore a grin. "nice subject change." she
gathered herself from the bench.
"but I will get you to write me a song. one day."
