Nat's POV.

It had been four years since Percy's death.

Me and the Avengers were back at Camp Halfblood for his memorial, well, the Avengers except Thor, Bruce and Rocket. Thor's people had arrived last month on a half destroyed ship, and he and Rocket was helping them settle in a new place called Tønsburg, or New Asgard. Bruce had locked himself away in his lab to do who knows what.

The campers had settled in a ring around the statue, sending out prayers to their God of death. Nico, who was a son of that God told us that Percy had gone for rebirth, since he could no longer sense him. The statue had been built by the blacksmith cabin and the Athena cabin, and it consisted of a stone Percy with Riptide in his hand. His signature lop-sided grin had been chiseled onto his face. It was about the same size as the other statue they had.

The gods stood around the statue as well, giving blessings and prayers to some unknown figure. Even Aries, who apparently hated Percy with passion, was quiet and respectful.

About an hour later, we were sitting around the central hearth and telling the younger campers stories about the fallen Avenger.  The fire in the hearth burned low, black and purple. We told stories about him as a Camper, and the few things he did as an Avenger.

That was when the conch horn sounded.

Sharp and crisp the sound was, resonating around us and shocking us out of our half-dazed state, "Monsters on the north-west border!"

We were up once they called the location. Running over to the stated border, six monsters surrounded the section, pounding on the barrier. All of them were Telkines, I believe.

The monsters were dealt with quickly, Steve throwing his shield at one and me shooting at others. Several other demigods ran to help, including a demigod called Erin who wielded a cool looking axe.

"Captain, something is attacking the compound." F.R.I.D.A.Y's voice rang clear over our ear pieces. Steve stopped running and turned on his mic.

"Can you see what it is?"

"Monsters, I believe. Telkines, Hellhounds, a Hydra, oh, and a Drykani. The one with sea green eyes."

We all froze. The Drykani with sea green eyes had been the one to kill Percy.

Steve looked up at the Demigods and they nodded in approval, "Right. Can you send the Quinjet over, F.R.I.D.A.Y?"

"Right away, Captain. I have alerted Thor and Rocket as well."

We turned back to the Half-bloods and apologised for leaving so early. The nodded in understanding and began to clean up the mess of monster dust that covered the floor. One of them warned us to not breath the Hydra's breath and to burn its heads.

Eventually, the quinjet arrived and we headed to the compound as quickly as it would allow us.

The compound wasn't completely destroyed when we arrived, F.R.I.D.A.Y had collapsed the shields around the building and they were taking the brunt of the damage. Several monsters swarmed the building, trying to get in and trying to bring down the quinjet.

"Captain, there is no place to land safely. I'll drop you off and land somewhere else." Informed F.R.I.D.A.Y. Steve nodded.

"Good."

The hatch door opened and Rhodey's War Machine's armour flew up to greet us. Rhodey hopped into it, and we were ready for battle.

We jumped down, our feet crunching against the gravel. The monsters noticed us almost immediately and their heads turned slowly towards us in unison.
