You had known to expect Mari joining you for a while now, but that was mostly due to your plans of retrieving her yourself, whether the Saviour agreed with you or not. You had never foreseen the girl actually coming to you of her own accord! Yet here she was, seated before you and just as beautiful as ever. Her wrists had been tied to the chair arms to ensure she didn't do something foolish, and the blindfold over her eyes did disappoint you, but it was necessary. If she saw too much on the way in she could have told the trash she came with, and that wouldn't be good at all! So you could live with not seeing those gorgeous eyes for another few moments if it meant keeping her here and keeping her safe.

"Seven," she occasionally calls, hoping for some sort of a response. "Luciel? Where are you?!"

"Away from here," you respond, a grin curling along your lips. "Where he should be. Don't sound so scared, my dear. You're safe. These restraints are for your own safety! We don't need you panicking, do we?" You let out a small chuckle as she freezes up. You hadn't spoken too much until now, but it was becoming harder and harder to resist. You trace your fingers along her arm and the bare skin of her hands, making her flinch.

"You- you're the stalker!" she cries. "What do you want with me? Just let me go!"

"Why, I can't do that! You've finally arrived at Paradise! Why would I let you go after finally reuniting again after so many years."

"So many...what- what are you going on about? I don't know any creepy stalkers!"

She spits at you, missing but full of rage nonetheless. It seems all her time with Filth has helped her fear morph into anger instead. Or it was simply an adorable defence mechanism so she didn't let you see go truly terrified she was. It was sweet she didn't want to make you worried like that!

"Of course you know me," you insist with a grin. "Perhaps your memory just hasn't been completely caught up. Allow me to help~"

Stepping forward, you swiftly remove the blindfold and brush back some of her bangs so she could clearly see the dimly-lit room you both occupied. It was empty enough, though looked more like a bedroom than any sort of holding cell. She was tied to a small chair that was near a window that showed nothing but grass and the night sky, with a bed in the opposite corner. Her eyes sweep over the whole room with concern before finally landing on you and you watch as her entire expression changes.

It shifts through concern, realization, sadness, and finally fear before her mouth opens. "Saeran," she breathes. "What are you...why? But I thought..."

"Thought what, Mari? That you could forget about me that easily?" you ask harshly. "At the very least, it's nice to know you still remember my name."

"You look so different...what happened to you? Saeran, why are you doing this? Why me? You used to be so cute and small..."

"Well times have changed," you snap. "And life wasn't as kind to me as it was to you! You should know why you, Mari. We were so close...! And when my Saviour gave me this opportunity I knew I had to bring you here. Show you how amazing it is here! How much better it is here. And remind you why I was the better brother! I hadn't seen you in so long...and when I finally saw you I knew! Those feelings from so many years ago were still here! And now we can finally be together again. I am simply sorry it took me so long to approach you...but then you came to me! It must be fate!"

"Where is he?" Mari asks instead, and you flinch.

"He?"

"Saeyoung. Where is he."

You'd be amazed at how firmly she had spoken if it weren't for the name she had spoken in that tone. "Don't you dare mention that filth to me! He is where he belongs, with the rest of the trash, so do not worry about him. He has never worried about you. You know that, right? That he left and never looked back? Not even for me. What makes you think he would worry about you? He's probably busy trying to break himself out so he can run away again, just like he did when we were kids!"

"He wouldn't," she starts, but you are quick to shush her.

"He did," you correct. "He kept promising we'd leave together and be happy together but then he left! He goes and leaves me all alone when he knew the situation! That's when my Saviour found me. She taught me to find him. Taught me how to be stronger. I owe her my life...and I will take his to prove it!"

"What? But you can't!"

"And why not?"

"He's your brother, doesn't that mean anything to you?" she asks desperately.

You can feel your face contorting in anger, eyebrows pinching together and frown growing with every word she said. "No! He abandoned me! As did you. But I loved you - still love you - so I'm giving you a second chance. But him? He lost every chance he had when he gave up his name. Because he was running. Hiding! Took his baptismal name and disappeared from everyone. But you? You stayed the same! You merely forgot. I can forgive that...my sweet princess~ So relax and make yourself at home. I won't hurt you. I will just help you see the light of Paradise and you too will soon understand that Saeyoung does not truly care for you. He will leave you too, just as he left me. Then you'll see..."

Turning on your heel, you storm out of the room to the sounds of Mari's cries, begging for Saeyoung to come help her - or anyone to come help! She had been strong up until that moment, but you grin with the idea that you may have already begun to break her as the last thing you hear before the door closes shut behind you is the sound of her tears.
