I'm at the ceiling reminiscing the moment I saw Zach standing at the bus stop looking so lonely, I urge myself not to feel guilty on what have happened but I can't help myself because I was the one who cut the hug and leave him alone after he accompanied me to rode a bus.

Out of the blue, My phone rang. I ignored the message thinking that it was my brother trying to convince me not to speak up about what I saw.

My phone won't stop bragging my peaceful time ruined.

I looked at my phone and see who it was. "Hi Kevin, I saw you under that hard rain you look so pale and problematic, anything matter? I have some spare time if you want to talk about it" it was a short message from Zach.

I was shocked and confused why does he need to text me like that? After I leave him alone.

I ignored him messages and left it on seen.

After a while, my phone again start to rang again and again and again but I kept on ignoring his messages pretending I was asleep.

But someone throw some stones at my window. I look outside to see who did it, and I'm partly shook because I saw Zach standing outside probably waiting for me to meet him downstairs.

" Zach..." I call him when I reach the outside using the door behind the main entrance of our house.

"Good evening Kevin, you alright?" He ask without any hesitation and thinking if I wonder why he was here.

"what are you doing here? It's late night" ignoring his question.

I throw him another one to answer my wonderment.

"I stop by to check on you" said by him then give a sweet smile.

I smirked at him and walk closer, he seems cold and tired since he drove a long way.

" Come inside, it's cold here" I cite as I tap his shoulders. I offer my warmth welcome and invited him to come with me inside the house.

"What happened to you?" He asked while turning his sight around the room.

I'm preparing his cup of coffee and some bread for us to have our late night snack.

"What do you mean? I'm alright" Explain by me. I know he means the thing happened back there at the guardhouse.

"No you are not, I saw you earlier and your eyes were blank, a hollow massive sadness was visible on your eyes "

I look at him when he utter those words. I have never expected that he will notice that thing. I act normal, just a normal person with no umbrella and no one would drive me home who is stranded under a heavy rain, I didn't expect that he will be able to figure out that I have some issue to deal with.

"Nah. It's just something between brotherhood" I said as I give him cup of coffee.

He handled his coffee and just look at me while I am taking my seat.

"You were lying Kevin..." He cite that made me partly shocked.

"What?! I'm telling you the fact, I'm alright" I again told him.

"No you are not, what happened? Any conflict?" He added.

I stared at him before reopening my mouth letting the words out.

"I caught him" I said while having a serious look at him that made him confused.
