KEVIN POV

"Zach???you're alive Zach!" I ran towards him beside the window and hugs him very tight and crowded. His woesome condition made me kneel down in front of him.

"Hmmmp" He groan that made me stop. Why he couldn't talk?He couldn't even move his hands nor his body.

"Zach! I really thought, you're gone...I love you Zach! I love you..."

He took a deep breath and his tears began to clot on his both eyes. I hugs him again. I misses him so much. My mind filled with more beautiful colors again as I saw him.

"Hmm...mmm" I know, he wanna say something to me. I kisses his lips but I was surprised as he slowly respond.

"D-don't force yourself Zach..." I still couldn't stop my tears from falling down my face.

He kept on crying and forced himself to speak but he couldn't. It was so hard for me to see him with that condition. I still couldn't believe that it was happening, that he was alive. I thought it was just a dream...But no, it's not! He's now in front of me holding his both hands and kisses his forehead.

He was sitting on the wheel chair. I was about to step downstairs with him when the door immediately opens. It releases his mom.

"Let us eat Zach and Kevin" His mom called us. We both push the wheel chair and carry him downstairs towards the living room where the breakfast were.

Eventually, the three of us just watched on the living room together. Mrs. Mortem have tell me everything about their life in Italy. She tell me that there's no day that Zach did not cry.

Every time they have visited Zach inside his room. They always caught him cry without any idea why he's crying all alone. Mrs. Mortem also tell me that she was so thankful that I'm already here with them.

I don't wanna leave here. I don't wanna go away without Zach beside me. I don't wanna let anyone again to ruin our relationship. His mom wants me to marry him and be a part of his remaining life.

It was unbelievable and so much unexpected to be happen. But now, I believe that true love never dies and love will conquer everything just to stay our love sturdy and strong. I promise with his mom that . . .

I'll keep him.

I'll cherish him.

I'll take care of him.

I'll treasure him.

And love him forever.

"KEVIN HELP!!!"

I ran where the shout comes from. I opened the door of Zach room and they both suddenly burst upon my sight. Zach was lying on the floor with his mom that carrying his head while crying.

"Zach! Please...don't close your eyes b-baby please...don't close your eyes..." She mourn and weep. I slowly stepped towards them and could not talk while seeing those blood dripping copiously from Zach's mouth and dying.

"Z-zach..." I whisper while kept on looking at his face."Zach...don't give up...Remember the day that you told me you're going to marry me? Zach pleaseee fight!" Those tears of me falling down his face. I couldn't stop from crying. His my life! I don't wanna lose him again! This time I won't never let him lose again! Never!

I was about to stand to call a doctor as he immediately reach my hand that made me stop then he slowly move his head from right to left and left to right. A drop of tears fell down beside his eyes.

I shed and looked at him."B-but Zachh...No!, We need you Zach...We need you please don't do it us" his mom said while crying.

His teary eyes slowly closing together while keep on staring in my eyes. I loudly grieve and mourn when his both eyes gently closed and his head suddenly fell down.

"Zach!!!"

"WAKE UP, Kevin..." I suddenly woke up from a deep sleep above someone thighs while he kept on shaking my shoulder. My heart trembling as I realize that

"Ehh?...Z-zach?" Am I just daydreaming?He can talk now. He is now in front me looking and staring at my eyes whilst sitting on his wheel chair. I don't remember that I got sleep on his both thigh.

"Yes I am, My love. Its because of you..." I can't believe with this. How can he recover so fast. Unbelievable but it filled me so much joy and excitement. Surprising!

"But how Z-zach" I couldn't imagine of what is going on here now. Where is Mr. Mortem. Where is she?She have to know about it. My heart bumps so quick like it was running under the sun.

"Don't mind that Kevin, the most important is I am fully recovered now...Aren't you happy?"

"Of course I am Zach!...I'm so happy for you love" I immediately embraced him that made him respond. We hug each other like we misses one another and seems that it was the first time we have seen each other after a long years.

Suddenly, While embracing each other. Someone knock outside the door that made us look into it.

"Come inside Doc..." Mrs. Mortem said after she open the main door of this mansion with the doctor beside her."Here's my son, check him up Doc" she added then gave a smile. A sweet smile.

"Doc. Rafael..." Called by Zach into the doctor in front of us. The doctor couldn't believe that Zach can talk now and can freely move also not yesterday or before.

"Its miraculous...I couldn't believe what I have seen and heard right now Mrs. Mortem" a doctor with full of amazement and astonishment on his face."It was rarely happened with a comatose patient like you Zach"

"How is he Doc?" Mrs. Mortem asked.

"He's fine now Mrs. Mortem..."

"Thanks God..." I said then quickly hug Zach so tight and he kisses me in my forehead."I love you Zach!"

"I love you too, Baby"
