Chapter 4: Your Titan Form

You were on your way to Hanji's office to tell her about the urges you felt in your titan form. You were a little nervous, but knew it was the right thing to do. When you got there, you knocked on her door.

"Come in!"

You entered the room and closed the door behind you.

"Oh, [Y/N]! I was just thinking about you; well, your titan form to be more specific," she giggled. "So, what do you need?"

"Um, I was planning on telling you my experience as a titan," you said.

"And I didn't even have to ask! Good thing I have my science buddy," she smiled.

You sat down on the chair in front of her desk, feeling guilty. "So, um, when I was a titan, I... My sense of control over myself was hazy. I... had urges: titan urges, I guess you could say."

"And what did these titan urges want you to do?"

"Um... They wanted me to eat you..." you said awkwardly, avoiding eye contact.

It was quiet for a few seconds before she spoke again. "And you had at least some control over yourself, right?" she asked.

"Yes ma'am," you answered.

"Yeah, or else you probably would've tried to eat me... Maybe you can be trained to keep these urges in check. This is the first time you transformed into a titan anyway, so there's probably some things you need to get used to."

You nodded, relieved that her reaction wasn't negative.

"Oh, that reminds me!" Hanji said. "When you emerged from your titan form, did you make that happen, or did it just happen by itself?"

"I think I made it happen," you said. "The urges were getting strong, so I just thought about not being a titan anymore, and then my vision faded to black, and I became really tired, and then I felt Captain Levi pick me up."

"I see," Hanji said, taking in the information for a few seconds. "Oh, did you read that book on human biology I gave you?!"

"Yeah, I read the first chapter," you said, surprised by her sudden change in topics.

"Do you like it?"

"Yeah, it's interesting."

"I know, right?! It's just so interesting to compare the human body to the titan body, but it's such a shame titans evaporate too fast to really see inside of them... I have to work on all this paperwork I have, but I'd love to talk more with you when I have the time. There's just so much new information, and it's so exciting, but we have to go through the formalities too."

"Yeah, okay," you nodded, actually kind of looking forward to talking with her.

It's been a couple days since it was confirmed you could turn into a titan, so you wanted to try and talk to Levi again, and see if he's gotten used to the fact that you could turn into one. You've been feeling depressed with all that's happened, and you just want to be with him.

You arrived at his office door and knocked.

"State your name and business," Levi said.

"[Y/N]. I want to talk to you," you replied, your sadness evident in your voice.

"Come in."

You entered the room and closed the door, then looked at him to see him looking at his desk. He immediately looked up at you with a sharp gaze though as your eyes settled on him.
