A S.H.I.E.L.D base had been compromised, and not just any base. The base that contained the Tesseract.

Loki, brother of Thor, was after the reality stone. His mind corrupted by Thanos.

Nick Fury, Director of shield had no idea the pain that their little experiments were going to cause.

Thanos's people were able to locate the Tesseract due to the power surges coming from it, calling out to the universe, that their little planet was ready for war.

Loki had killed many people during the few days he was on Earth, and he didn't care. But deep down, the part of him that was still fighting against the mind control had cared.

The avengers team captured Loki and led him to a cell on the Helicarrier.

The Avengers sat around discussing what Loki was planning on doing.

When all of sudden, everyone on board heard a loud thud followed by a dip of the aircraft, causing everyone to stumble slightly.

The whole place was in a panic.

"Report!",Fury yelled out.

"Sir, there seems to be someone walking outside, a woman, heading towards the door", one of the agents said, looking at the screen in front of him.

"We need agents there, now! Secure the ship. Shoot if she is hostile", Fury demands.

All the Avengers were watching the screen when Thor yelled out,

"Don't harm her, she is my sister!".

Every one stares at him in disbelief.

"You have a sister?", Romanoff asks.

They see her knock on the door like a normal person. They expected her to knock down the door.

"You can trust her", he states.

The agents opened the door for her, weapons ready for the first sign of hostility.

They brought her to the Director. Thor walked to her, "Sister! What are you doing here, and dressed like that?", he asks her concerned.

"Hello to you too brother", she responds. "Good day everyone I am Rebecca, daughter of Odin".

"Yeah, I don't care who you are, what are you doing on my aircraft?", Director Fury said.

Both Thor and Rebecca look at him in disbelief.

"Take care for how you speak to my sister, she holds more power than you and I", Thor defends her.

"Worry not brother, I am not too offended. He merely wishes to protect those he commands over", she responds.

"Where have you been sister? Heimdall couldn't see you and we went to Svartalfheim as soon as the bifrost was repaired, and Malekith said that you were traveling, have you been here on Midgard the whole time?", Thor says worried.

"I've been traveli....", she tried to say but was interrupted by Nick Fury.

"We don't have time to catch up on what you've been up to unless you've been helping Loki. Loki is here and he is causing a shit storm on our world, we need to figure out what his deal is", Fury said rudely.

Rebecca looks at her brother, trying to act like all of this is a surprise.

"Loki is different now sister. He has changed. He wants to take over Midgard and rule over all of these people", Thor says.
