"Ringo, wake up please! I am not at ease!"

Ringo, groaning, slowly opened his eyes. His vision was blurry, but he was able to see that Jeremy as staring at him, patting his head.

Rubbing his eyes, Ringo cleared his throat, mind foggy.

"W-wha... Jeremy?"

His vision cleared, and he was able to see that Jeremy looked scared. Upon seeing his expression, Ringo remembered what had happened shortly before he passed out.

He took in a sharp breath, sitting up.

"W-what happened?"

"I d-don't know, I wish I could not tell you so..."

Ringo, noticing that John, Paul, and George were still out cold, shuddered.

"A-are we s-still in the Sea of Time?" He asked Jeremy, hoping for a definitive answer.

Jeremy looked down.

"U-um... as f-far as I k-know, t-the answer is... n-no..."

Ringo looked down at Jeremy, eyes widening at the implication. He stood up, determined to find his own answer.

He walked towards a porthole and stared at the environment outside.

Or, rather, the lack of an environment.

"T-this c-can't be r-real..." He stuttered.

All that could be seen through the glass of the porthole was pitch black darkness. Nothing was below the submarine, nor was anything above it.

"I-I'm scared out o-of my wit... It's l-like we j-just t-traveled t-to some pit..."

Ringo turned his head to the right, spotting Jeremy's pale blue face staring up at him.

"Ugh... w-what are y-you two doin'?"

Ringo turned around completely to see that George was starting to wake.

"W-where are we?"

"Um... G-George... I d-don't think you w-want to know..."

George's mind cleared completely and he sat up, turning his head towards Ringo.

"W-what do you m-mean?" He asked, keeping the panic at bay.

Ringo stepped to the side, allowing George to see through the porthole.

"C-come look f-for yourself... You wouldn't b-believe me if I t-told you..."

Confused, George stood up, walking over to the porthole.

He felt his heart drop as he surveyed the darkness that surrounded the submarine.

"W-what in t-the world?"

"Ay... w-what's goin' on o-over there?" Paul asked, rubbing the side of his head as he still laid on the floor.

"Y-yeah... W-what's h-happening?" John asked, lying still across from Paul.

George, face turning white, did not turn around.

Ringo gulped.

"U-um... L-lads... y-you might w-want to c-come over and s-see for yourselves..."

John, quickly realizing the severity of the statement, got up.

"A-and w-why did ya s-say that?"

Ringo grabbed George's shoulder and pulled him to the side.

"I... I d-don't k-know what t-to make of it m-myself..."

Paul slowly got up as well, standing next to John. They both traveled up to the porthole together.

They both took in a gasp upon seeing where they were.

"I... is t-there at l-least anythin' around?" John asked, trying to make out anything that could be around him.

Jeremy, who had gone over to use one of the periscopes to look around the submarine, sighed, pulling back from the small mirror inside the tube.

"I c-can't say that t-there is, and t-there is nothing I c-could m-miss..."

John and Paul both stepped back from the porthole, turning around.

"S-so... What yer sayin' is... we're stuck h-here w-with nowhere t-to go?"

"I'm a-afraid so, there seems t-to be n-nowhere to go..."

John took in a deep breath, calming himself.

Paul trembled.

"H-how did w-we get here? L-last t-thing I remember..."

"We must h-have gotten here f-from the Sea of Time, but how... well... t-that sound probably h-had somethin' t-to do with it..." Ringo stated.

An uncomfortable moment of silence passed over them.

John, taking in a breath, spoke.

"O-okay... w-what's important r-right now is t-that we all remain calm," John looked at each of his friends in turn.

Ringo's face was pale, his hands shaking.

George was still as a statue, staring off into space.

Paul was looking around frantically, never focusing his gaze on him.

Jeremy was sitting down, staring up at him.

"For now, lets just keep this submarine going. It has to reach the end of this sea sometime..."

Slowly, everyone else nodded in approval, George being torn out of his daze.

"A-and if it doesn't?"

John turned his head to look at Paul, seeing that his entire body was shaking.

Letting the question sink in, John responded.

"Then... We'll just h-have to s-survive for a-as long as w-we can..."
