Elizabeth stared at the man called Oscar as she threw him another blood bag, "That's the last one," she told him.

"Good Morning," Lily told them as walked into the living room, "It was kind of you to sit with him all night," she told Elizabeth, "You too, Lorenzo," she added as the vampire came out of the kitchen with two mugs, one filled with tea and the other with hot chocolate.

The blonde maid, Lucy, entered the room with a vase of flowers and was directed where to put it.

"Oh, what's the occasion?" Enzo asked as he handed Elizabeth the hot chocolate.

"My mother always used to keep fresh flowers when expecting guests. I suppose I picked it up from her. As I intend to bring my soulmate, Julian, home today, I thought it fitting for the occasion."

Enzo gave her a small smile as Mary Louise entered the room complaining, "I want to drive but Beau won't give me the keys."

"Well, that's because you keep hitting cats and utility poles," Nora told her girlfriend before seeing Oscar on the sofa, "He's still sitting there?" Mary Louise asked.

Lily nodded solemnly and Nora sat down next to her brother figure who had lost first his heart and then his memories, not that any of them knew that, "Oscar?" she asked, "Darling, it's Nora. Do you remember me?"

As there was no answer, Mary Louise sighed, "I don't like this. Oscar's meant to be laughing and making jokes," she bent down to said heretic, "Guess what, Oscar? Julian's coming back. Life's about to get fun again."

"So fun," Nora tried to get a reaction out of him but failed, "Right," she stood up, 'Well, he's clearly unwell and we can't just leave him here."

Elizabeth raised her hand, "Uh, I don't have to be part of weird resurrection rituals so I can stay."

Lily smiled at the girl, "We won't be gone for long."

"I'm afraid this house no longer has an open-door policy for the local riff-raff," Enzo, who had stayed behind with Elizabeth, told the stray Bennett witch that had wandered into the house.

"You and your girlfriend are living here, aren't you?" Bonnie asked.

"Shall we spend a few moments catching up before I throw you out?" Enzo asked her, "How was your summer holiday? Meet any charming euro-hunks? God, please tell me you didn't just follow Damon around with spare bottles of Bourbon."

"I didn't but it's sweet of you to be concerned about my love life," she told him.

Elizabeth walked out of the kitchen while finishing a sandwich as she told he witch, "You know if I was the only thing between Damon and his precious Elena, I would have eater eaten him or run for the hills by now."

"Yeah well I was raised on not eating your friends and I don't just run away with my tail between my legs like a scared dog. That would be your field of expertise."

"Good talk, nice of you to stop by," Enzo told her sarcastically. He grabbed her upper arm to drag her out of the house but the witch demanded, "I need to talk to Oscar."

"What about?" Enzo asked.

"Witch business. Super boring."

The werewolf chimed in, "I don't think he's feeling like himself today. Why don't you try again tomorrow? Or you just stay away completly," she shrugged.

Before either of the supernaturals could move, they heard a woman's scream coming from upstairs.

"Bollocks," Enzo breathed out before he and Elizabeth ran upstairs to see Oscar feeding on Lucy.

Enzo sped forward and pulled him off the maid saying, "You're not supposed to eat the help, mate."

"Enzo," Elizabeth called out as she held the barely conscious maid in her arms.

The vampire quickly bit his wrist and fed his blood to Lucy before compelling her, "Clean yourself up and take a spa day. Forget all about Mr Chompers and his very bad manners."
