While walking towards her apartment, y/n tried to wash away the embarrassment caused by the previous scene.

The wind of mid-autumn made her feel a cold rush whenever she took her hands out of her pockets, but it was still sunny for the most part, leaving a slightly warm feeling when you stayed right beneath the sunlight. She hoped for the wind to blow her tiredness away, knowing that she still had to deal with some paperwork from the editorial before starting her new part time job.
She eventually stopped repeating the previous encounter in her head, an encounter that indeed had been embarrassing; and despite not being keen on romantic and cliché stuff nor being interested in anyone in particular, she found herself thinking back to the boy's charming eyes and his small hands struggling to hold the flyers... of course, the flyers. How could she think the onesie boy was flirting with her, just how...

"Would you like to meet your soulmate? Try out the new couple feature in Andy's Amusement Park!" voiced out another girl with another stupid onesie on and handing her out another stupid flyer.

"No, thanks." She said dryly, hoping for the blonde lady not to insist any further. Where did these onesie people come from? Why were they everywhere? Was that amusement park even popular? Soulmates? Who in their right mind would go to an amusement park to find their soulmate? And why onesies?

That she kept thinking while speeding up as she felt like this morning had taken all of her strength and would fall to the ground -again- in any moment. Then she checked her phone and realized that she was actually running late for her new part time job. How could she have missed the entire morning?
She would have to deal with the paperwork tonight.
"Shoot" y/n grumbled clearly annoyed as she rushed towards the small and cozy café.

"Remember to ask the customer if they would like to add any syrup or topping to their order, people always feel most tempted when they are about to pay." Her new boss explained, invading her personal space while pointing towards a little notepad placed behind the counter, where you could see all the different toppings with their price next to them written down, "It's also very important to highlight if the customer has any intolerances or allergies, we don't want to call the ambulance on your first day, do we?" He asked with a flirtatious tone and that irritating smirk while expecting y/n to laugh at his... quip?

"Haha..." she responded with a notorious fake smile across her face. She really hoped for her annoying boss -whom she had only met once before during her interview- to shut up. She wanted this job so she could do something while the editorial staff decided to file bankruptcy, but she didn't expect for her new boss to be so... obnoxious.

"So tell me, where do you come from y/n?" He questioned the girl in front of him, while trying to get closer to her.
Ok, that's enough.
"Could you remind me when we are opening the cafe? It's supposed to be opened and yet I don't see any customers anywhere" She remarked while taking a few steps away from the bulky and smirky guy who was getting on her nerves.
"Oh... you are right" He paused and glanced at the door, frowning afterwards. "Jeon! I told you to change the closed sign!" He shouted while facing the door that connected the counter with the storage room.

"I thought you were in charge of doing that!" Some disembodied voice shouted back. The girl was impressed, she didn't expect for the counterpart to shout back, the audacity was amusing yet disconcerting. She understood their boss could be a dickhead, but that dickhead was still their boss nevertheless.

Slightly wide-eyed, she stared at the tall boy who opened the door and walked in making his way towards the door to change the sign and then coming back to where she and her boss were.
