Dianne's POV
I'd been at Corsham for about a month now and I'd settled in nicely. I still hadn't spoken to Joe because Cassidy's words were still ringing in my ears. But it was really difficult as he fricken lives next door to me.
Trying not to think about a certain blue eyed boy, I focus on today. Another day of school. But today it was a little different. I'd been picked for the lead in our local dancing competition so I was focusing on that.
But the one thing I was more nervous about was where it was being performed. It was going to be outside, on the football pitch, in front of Joe and his football mates.
''Ames I am bricking it.'' I admit my leg shaking with nerves.
''Di, you'll be perfectly fine. You're more than capable of doing this. You are so talented.'' Amy replies.
''Thanks Ames.'' I smile.
''Oh Dianne, I'm so pleased I've caught you,'' Our dance teacher walks in, making me jump. ''I need you all to come and rehearse outside now, get one last practice in.'' I nod.
''OK I'll get changed into my dancing gear and I'll be right out.'' I reply. ''Come on girls, lets go practice.'' I giggle, getting changed.

Once dressed, I do some stretches,
I see Joe, in his football kit, on the floor, for I'm presuming his warm up, looking in my direction.
