Cassidy's POV

"Does Joe suspect anything?" Blair smirks.
"No he does not. He is completely clueless. I mean, can you blame him? He's thick as pig shit." I laugh.
He laughs "And the baby?" He asks, rubbing my stomach "Are you going to tell him it's his?"
"Well durr. I can't have Joe knowing I'm cheating on him, can I?" I laugh.
"So, are you ever going to tell him? I'm sick of sneaking around."
"I will after we win Prom King and Queen." I admit.
"OK baby. I trust you." He smiles.
"Good," I smile, kissing his lips. "I'm off to find Joe. Gonna go tell him about the baby." I say as make my way to Joe.

Dianne's POV

"Bingo!" I smirk, stopping the video recording. "I need to go and tell him now. Before Cassidy gets in his brain again."
"OK babes, good luck." Amy smiles.

Now where could he be?

I head out into the school's garden, seeing Joe and Cassidy sat on the bench. She's holding his hand, and putting on the water works. I walk closer "Joe I'm-"
"Stop right there." I quickly interrupt her.
"What do you want?" Cassidy scowls at me.
"I'd be nice if I were you. I know something that Joe doesn't, but will soon find out."
"Dianne? Is everything OK?" He asks.
"Yes everything is fine, Joe. Dianne is just leaving. Aren't you?"
"No. No I'm not," I roll my eyes. "Joe I need to show you something."
"OK? You're scaring me. What is it?" He asks, worry laced in his voice.
"Nothing. It's nothing, Joe." Cassidy panics, now knowing what I've got on her.
"Cass?" Joe asks, his face full of confusion.
"I'm sorry Joe, please, watch this." I pass him my phone, showing him the video.

He turns to look at me, face full or sorrow, before turning to Cassidy his face changing to anger. "How could you!?" He shakes his head.
"I'm sorry. Really I am." She cries.
"Save it! I don't want to hear it anymore. We're done. We are over. Vinito. Do not contact me ever again. You are a little slut, and  to be quite frank, I'm glad that baby isn't mine.

What a sorry excuse of a human being you are. Goodbye Cassidy." He shakes his head, running back inside.
"You. This is all your fault." Cassidy growls at me.
"Mine? Really Cassidy? Don't play the innocent, dumb act with me. This is all your doing. Not mine. You brought this on yourself. Now excuse me, I'm going to go and make sure Joe is OK, and repair your damage." I shake my head, walking back inside.

"Joe?" I shout, hearing clattering from somewhere. Following the noise, it leads me to outside, the part where only teachers are allowed to go, the smoking area.

I see Joe with a bottle of something in his hand. He's drinking. In school time.
"Joe?" I sit down next to him, trying to coax the bottle out of his hand.
"No." He snatches it back.
"Joe you can't drink, especially not here. In school. Where did you even get that from?" I ask.
"I stole it." He shrugs.
"Joe I know you're breaking, but drinking isn't the answer. Please, just talk to me. Tell me what you're feeling?"
"I feel numb, Dianne. I feel stupid, and an idiot. She's right, y'know." He whispers now turning to face me.
"Right about what?" I ask.
"I am thick as pig shit. Because I had no fucking idea. None at all."
"No Joe. No you are not. She's thick as pig shit for saying that. You're incredibly smart and talented, Joe. I've seen you. I've seen you play footb-" I pause to see Joe looking up at me.
"You've seen me play football? How many times?" He asks.
I blush, before speaking. "Quite a few times. You're really good." I mumble.
"Go to prom with me." He whispers.
I stare at him with wide eyes. "Please?"
"Joe you're drunk, you don't know what you're saying. I-I don't know you well enough yet. You're still getting over Cassidy, Joe. Look, let's just try and move past her, and let's get to know each other. Hi," I giggle, placing my hand out for Joe. "I'm Dianne."
He winks. "Hi Dianne, I'm Joe." He smiles. "Thank you, by the way."
"Hey its fine. I know I'd want to know if the same thing happened to me. What, uhm, are you going to do about prom King?" I ask.
"Honestly? I couldn't care less. She and Blair can have them, I only ever said I'd do it to fricken keep her happy." He rolls his eyes.

"Well if its any consulation, I'd vote for you." I smile.
"You would?" He moves closer, his hot breath against my skin. I gulp. I couldn't deny it anymore. I was crushing on him. And hard. I nod, my throat suddenly drying up. He cups my face with his hand, his eyes looking at my lips.
"Joe you're-"
"Shh." He silences me with his finger. His hands on my waist, as I tangle my fingers in his hair.
"Fuck it." I say. Seeing Joe smirk, he slowly but sweetly, kisses me. Making me go weak at the knees.

Pulling away, I bite my lip, touching where he'd kissed me, the tingly sensation I felt from it. Shit. No, I shouldn't have done that. I sigh. But he kissed you first, Dianne. No. No. He's grieving from a broken heart.
"I'm sorry Joe, I've got to go." I stand up quickly, and make a run for it.

What have you done, Dianne?

I really shouldn't have done that.

I know I shouldn't have, but I didn't regret it.

Not one single bit.
