An Introductory Note:
Wow, I actually finished another chapter! This will probably be the chapter for this month as I'm busy with school (along with creating a character list).

September 25th, 2020 - "Accordoano" is harder to write than I previously thought. Anyways, here's the edit.

During their little confrontation, Denzel had managed to convince the others to continue their journey to Afralzano. It wasn't easy, to say the least. Queen Caelia had refused to go numerous times before finally deciding to go with the rest of the group after Denzel had threatened to blow up his café (he had planted fire charges crafted by his own magic in case of emergencies).
With Denzel at the helm of his delivery truck, the group leaves the university complex without detection. Unfortunately, the truck could only fit three people up front. The queen had tried to give up her seat but Denzel quickly urged her to reconsider as the enclosed cargo area would be very uncomfortable. In the end, Caelia and Nathan (he had also tried to give up his seat but no one would take it) sat up front while Vincent, Rhea and Libertus sat in the back.
"How much longer? We're getting a little hot back here," Libertus says through his walkie-talkie. It had been almost two hours since they left Primalupo and thankfully, the roads are still as clear as ever. There were also no more checkpoints, much to the group's relief.
Denzel surveys his surroundings and sees a road sign up ahead, "We're about five kilometers from entering the city limits."
"And an additional two kilometers from the airbase," Caelia injects, trying her best to keep an energetic tone.
"Oh thank the Tidemother..." Rhea says, breathing a sigh of relief.
Caelia smiles, "Translating Accordoan to Lucian, are we? I'm surprised I don't hear such things more often," she says over the radio.
She hears a gasp, "I'm so sorry, Your Majesty! I didn't mean to offend you!" Rhea apologizes.
"I'm not offended, no need for you to worry," the queen replies, chuckling.
Nathan's phone interrupts any further conversation. He scrambles to fish it out of his pocket before checking its caller: Domani "Il Principe" Lorenzia.
"Hello?"
"Greetings, Nathan. We're on our way to Traversata due to some... difficulties. We plan on gaining passage on a vessel bound for Galdin. In the meantime, try to keep Her Majesty hidden and board the airship as soon as possible. We won't be able to stall the Queen Mother for much longer."
"I... uh... understood, Your Highness."
"That's Signor Lorenzia to you. It's about time I corrected you all. I gave up my titles, remember?"
"As you wish, Signor Lorenzia. We're just about to enter Afralzano. See you in Lucis."
"See you in Lucis, Your Excellency."
"What di-" The call ends abruptly. Even though things are bad, Nathan manages to crack a smile, imagining Domani's in return.
Caelia turns to Nathan, "I see Domani still has a sense of humor in times like these. It's good to know that we Accordoans can survive through these ominous signs," she remarks, looking at three Niflheiman airships on their way to Altissia.
