chapter 12: saved from the party and rewarded with dinner

i had decided to get out of bed and go help tyler after the multiple messages that he sent me asking where the hell stuff is in my kitchen. much to my absolute delight - note the sarcasm- the kitchen had been turned upside down in order to find a spoon. 

i looked over at tyler and he was biting his lip nervously probably afraid i was going to yell at him and loose my shit but i kept in mind that he is willing to stay here and look after me.

i gave him a nice smile trying to hide the fact that i was the one who would have to clean up that mess and took the coffe off the bench. i nearly threw it away down the sink but then i saw tylers beautiful big eyes staring at me while i drank.

the silence is deffining someone had to say something it was going to kill me, my house is never silent never its just the way that the rivers house works.

" so um, wanna watch a movie or something?" tyler asked me scratching the back of his neck, i dont know why all of a sudden he is so nervous, it is only me 

i smiled an nodded happy that the silence had been filled with his voice.

while tyler was making us some porridge/ oats, after i showed him where everything was and cleaned up the mess that was made, i went to go pick out a movie and i dont care if tyler is a dude i feel like watching a chick flick, but he seems to like them, he did watch tfios with me last night . i settled on how to lose a guy in 10 days and sat on our green couch whist i watched the adds of movies i already own.

"if your going to name my...member , you have to name it something hyper masculine. something like spike or butch or krull warrior king!" i looked over at tyler after he quoted how to lose a guy in 10 days.

yes, he has seen it before 

tyler looked at me and i relised i was still staring at him 

i was wrapped in a blanket sitting sideways with my feet resting on the cushion that seperated tyler and i. i remember the first time we were left together i nearly lost my viginity that day. my phone interupted us with heartbreak girl blasting which meant kaily was calling. i hit mute. i had texted her this morning i wouldnt be there and i know she was awake because and i quote, 'i dont wake up this beautiful it takes a bit of work'. i heard tyler sigh when i placed the phone on my lap and continued watching the movie.

" why didnt you answer?" tyler asked his gaze still stuck to the tv

" oh, it was just kaily, i told her i wasnt feeling well but she expects me to be at school everyday since the ........"

" games began?" tyler finished my sentence 

it was true kaily had certain rules that were to be followed to make sure i was victorius in breaking zaidens heart.

1. always show up to school/ events 

2. take the chance to get to know all of them properly but not zaiden.

3. make each of them fall, trip or even stuble at my feet until your break them all

i dont really think it matters to her if i do she just wants to see zaiden get burned for participating in games she knew he was in!

i turned back to see tyler staring at me with a smirk playing on his lips, he eyes staring into mine as i shifted my weight into a siting postion i was in before i sliped down.

" are you going to jakes party this friday?" yes tyler kaily would kill me even though she wont be there.

i nodded " yes" 

" what are you doing on saturday?" so many bloody questions but i have a date with derek on saturday 

" umm.. i have plans with uh derek" i said uneasily, the smirk on his lips faded and he looked away
