One fine day (Camren)

Chapter 34

Vero and Camila were on their way to Lauren's room and they can hear the two laughing. Camila got fix emotions hearing Lauren laugh. She missed it and she is also nervous that Laur might stop laughing when she sees her.

Vero knocked and opened the door. Dinah was standing beside the window while Lauren is sitting in the chair facing the window.

Dinah looked at them and eye signalled Lauren that Camila is now inside the room. Lauren breathe deeply and turn her head and smiled at the two

"Hi!" That is the only word that came out in Lauren's mouth.

Camila was unable to move. She was mesmerized by Lauren and can't believe that she said "hi". Vero noticed so she was the one to tap Camila and lead her inside the room.

"Okay. So... Lauren, going back to our topic what else happened in the camp and the activities that Vero and I missed?" Dinah continues to prevent the awkwardness.

Vero walked in and jumped to Lauren's bed. She look at Camila and tap the bed telling her to sit on the edge of the bed. Lauren proceed with her stories about the camp.

Vero joins the chat between DJ and Lolo. Camila was just there listening to them.

After around 15mins of Camila's silence. Lauren stand up and was able to face Camila.

"So, what about you? How's your vacation?" Lauren asked.

Camila zoned out.

Did she talked to me? Is she asking me or is she asking Vero?

Until Vero nudge her.

"Oh.. nothing. I just stayed in my bedroom... I mean in our house. Spending time with Sofi. That's all."
Camila almost whispered.

"Okay" Lauren nodded.

"No dates with Shawn?" Lauren laugh and change the subject right away.

"Oh by the way, remember when you two told me to get you things from disneyland? It's in here wait. I'll get it" Lauren went to her closet and look for the tshirts and some souvenir she got for Vero and Dinah.

"Here!" Lauren throw it in the bed and Vero catches it.

"Wow Laur thank you and you really know my size! It fits!"

"Hey give me mine too!" Vero throw the shirts to Dinah.

"Thanks Lo! Love it!" DJ said.

Lauren look at Camila and said "sorry I didn't get anything from you I ran out of money" Lauren said.

"It's okay, I didn't expect and didn't even know that you went there" until your neighbor told me (she whispered)

"Are you saying something?" Lauren asked.

"Uhm nothing"

"You said about neighbor"

"Well actually, I was here when you went to disney and I wasn't able to see you because your neighbor told me that you and your family went to disneyland" Camila said

"You went here?!" Lauren was surprised though she really expect it that is why she asked for her family to go out.

Camila nodded.

Lauren just shrugged her shoulders.

Silence and awkwardness came in to the air.

Until Camila spoke up.

"Look Lauren, I really really wanted to talk to you and see you.."

"Camila... Stop" Dinah Jane walked in front of Camila.
