Dear Carter,

I'm alive. I know I ran off unstable and left you guys harmed, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I was selfish for doing that to you guys. I hope you can forgive me one day. I hope you all can forgive me one day. My precious Carter, you were my first love. You are my first love. I remember when you were born and I got to see those beautiful green eyes that were hidden from me for nine months. I was breathtaken. This is not a letter to tell you when I'm coming back. Because I'm not. You and your sister and your dad are a perfectly stable family without me and me coming back would ruin it. I don't want you to miss me. I want you to remember me. Remember our good times. Tell your sister and your dad that I love them so much. I love you so much.
