I walked back to the table and noticed Anthony sitting with Keenan. Oh damn.

"Here she goes, Anthony this is Ti, my best friend" Keenan introduced us "we actually already met" Anthony winked at me. I couldn't help but blush, I looked over at Keenan who seemed confused by the interaction that just happened between Anthony and I.

"How long have you guys been close?" Kendall asked "since freshmen year of high school. We met in geometry I believe and clicked instantly" I explained "I thought it was chemistry" Keenan said. I shrugged my shoulders "boy I don't remember" I laughed.

I sat down in the chair between Anthony and Lani, "so where are you from?" I asked Anthony "Atlanta" he said "For real? I've always wanted to visit and see what the hype was about" I said. "One day I could maybe bring you with me" he offered. I smiled "I'd be down for that" I said. "You also from Detroit?" He asked "born and raised" I winked. "That's wassup, you gotta take me up there one day" he said "you sure?" I asked "positive" he smirked.

"Okay bet" I said.

We all ordered our food and ate until it was time to head to the party. We took our time because who arrives to parties too early.. definitely not us.

"Y'all ready?" Lani asked as she was finishing her food "yup, let's go" I said. I checked my phone and it was 9:30, the party should've gotten lit by now so when we walk in there should be a bunch of heads.

We all got up and headed outside and started walking to the gym where the party was being held , the line was outside and low key long since the security officers were checking people.

I looked behind him and there was Keenan talking to Lani, I shook my head. He can't even be mad if I take interest in Anthony, so that's exactly what I'm going to do. "Hey" I poked Anthony. He looked down at me, I loved our height difference "wassup" he said "this is so cliche but you liking the campus so far?" I'm so awkward.

"You're a cute awkward person, but when I get the chance to really explore it I will definitely let you know. Or you could just come with me and we can find out together" he said. "You're such a flirt" I blushed. "I am a charmer , don't get jealous now if you see me being nice to another lady" he said. "Well you're not my boyfriend so why would I?" I asked him.

He nodded his head "you right". "Oh I know I'm right" I said to him. "Finally this line is moving somewhere" Cassandra said. I was so focused on the conversation I was having with Anthony that I didn't even pay attention to the moving line.

"Arms up please" the security officer said. I lifted my arms as she began to check every ounce of my body "they playing no games" Kendall chuckled. "No frl" Keenan said as he was getting checked by the male officer.

We got into the party and the music was blasting, you could actually hear it from outside also but in here it's hella loud.

"Let's get some drinks and make our way to the dance floor please and thank you" Lani grabbed my hand and walked us over to the guy who was selling pouches.

"How much?" Lani asked "$10" the guy said. We all handed Lani ten dollars. "What y'all want?" He asked "do you have strawberry henny?" I asked "yes ma'am" he handed me a strawberry henny. "You got anything blueberry flavored?" Kendall asked "yeah. I got blueberry Amsterdam with strawberries in them" he said. "Okay I'll take that" Kendall said "make that two" Cassandra said. "I'll take that strawberry henny" Keenan said "me too" added Anthony. "Lani what you getting?" I asked "pineapple circoc" she answered. "Nice" I said.

Once we all got our drinks, which were strong as hell. We moved to the dance floor and just started dancing to some D.C. music I have never heard before, I think they call it go go music "this sounds nothing like our Detroit music" Keenan yelled in my ear over the music "at all" i agreed. "Or New York" Cassandra said "y'all already know this sounds nothing like Cali music" Lani said "or the ATL". Anthony spoke "sheesh y'all we get it, it don't sound like music where y'all from" Kendall laughed "just saying" Lani laughed.

I feel like the alcohol hit us all at once and everything just started feeling so loose, like my legs felt so wobbly. "You good?" Anthony asked, I giggled "yes, are you?" I asked him "I wanna dance with you" he said "don't tell me, just do it" I said to him. He grabbed my waist and pulled me into him.

"Ti, can I talk to you real quick?" I already knew it was Keenan, I sighed and Anthony let go of my waist. "Yes Keenan?" I asked him irritably "why the attitude?" He raised his eyebrow "Because you saw that I was with Anthony and you're just gonna interrupt that moment I was having with him" Now I had a really bad attitude "what did we say we wasn't gonna do?" He asked me "like you weren't just over there with Lani" I laughed, but Keenan's face was completely straight "and you acting like I knew he was your roommate when we first met" I added. "Maybe if you wasn't moving so fast and waited, then you would've learned" he said. "Keenan please don't do this right now" I'm too drunk for this right now. I walked away "Ti..." he called after me "no Keenan, we not going through this again" I said and walked towards the ladies bathroom. "You good?" Kendall asked "no" I said "wanna talk about it?" She asked "not while I'm in this state" I told her and headed inside the bathroom to go sober myself up.
