Y/n high fived with the quidditch player boys and talked with them. They were their friends, and they treated her like a little sister. No one in them even looked at her differently than a sister to protect-- or to over protect in Y/n's opinion. They laughed as Tom watched her laughing there with them.

She keeps a Moet et Chandon in her pretty cabinet

He watched as she passed by with confidence. She was the popular girl of Hogwarts-- only she didn't know she was popular and stayed kind unlike others.

She caught Tom's gaze and came over as he took a breath nervously. Everything was a blur and Tom only saw her face as she invited him to Hogsmeade with her the next weekend. He grew red and tried to comprehend what was happening.

You can't decline. So he nodded.

He caught a glance of the parchment she held as she turned to walk to class with a red face. O for Outstanding it said in it. His heart beated faster. This was so unlike him. Extraordinarily nice.

She walked as if it was in slow motion and the crowd stared at the girl with the sweet smile. She smiled at them and that beautiful face made their day,

"Y/n L/n just smiled at me!" one whispered. Some slytherin boys bit their lip and some girls rolled their eyes.

Oliver stared at Tom with a glare as she passed. Tom cowered and turned back to his next class, thinking about the Hogsmeade date.
