chen and nine were walking to the closest small store that was full with snacks.
even though it was only 4pm it was already getting darker. it wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either, it was perfect for a walk with shorts and a t-shirt.
"what should we get?" chen asked nine because obviously nine knew pavel dome AND ben better than he did so he probably knew what they like too.
"hmm"
"pavel likes chips,.." he grabbed three different kinds of chips bags
"ben likes chocolate and earth likes mixed candy"
"dome likes pretty much everything except dark chocolate "
"and you.... you like kitkat"
chen turned with a surprised face towards nine. not only did he know EXACTLY ahat kind of snacks his friends liked he also knew CHENS favourite snack
"how??"
"earth told me once when we were eating kitkat, that you really liked it" nine said grabbing some alcohol from the fridge .
"...and you remembered it?"
chen said smiling happily.
"don't get me wrong! i have a good memory i didn't intend to remember it" nine made an excuse as he made his way to the cashier.
"but what kind of snacks do you like?" chen asked.
"i eat everything my friends like except walnuts"
"they are disgusting" nine said giving money to the cashier.
"thank you"
he took the bags and they both left.
"p' have you ever been in a relationship before " chen asked when the silence had been going on for way too long.
"why so nosy"
"just curious"
"i have. her name has jane" he said continuing to look down as he walked.
"how long?"
"almost three years, but things didn't work out so now we are just friends" nine said . no crazy ex no nothing . they both handled the situation very maturely.
why end the book in an unhappy way when you can make a happy ending?

"what about you? looks like you have a lot of girls after you" he said glancing at him
"giving me a compliment? "
"shut up"
chen giggled
"there's a few girls who's interested in me but i don't really like them back. i've never been in a relationship before either "chen admitted
"damn! you're a virgin?"
"you have all types of girls after you and you are STILL a virgin?"
chen chuckled
"i'm waiting for the right one " chen said
"and i've might found it" he smiled
nine shook the topic off as they reached back home again.
