Chapter 3 Cutie

Kiara P.O.V.

It's been a week now since I started working here. Till now everything went very well, I get along with all my colleagues. I made one very good friend too. Her name is Sanaya, she is a very sweet and kind girl. We clicked instantly as we both liked each other's company. She also has a boyfriend. he also works here but he is in the marketing department. I had met him once or twice in our lunch break, he is just a perfect match for her. They looked so cute together, just like the couple made in heaven. I wish I also find my "HE" soon.

"Ahah, someone is being a Despo" as always my inner voice just made its way out of nowhere.

Oh, you must be wondering what about my crush on the CEO of this company, owner of those captivating brown eyes, right?

Well, that crush had turned into the hatred already except for those eyes, I still love those deep eyes.

Now you all must want to know how it turned into hatred in just a week, correct??

He is such an asshole na......

He is a complete bastard, devil, self-obsessed, cold hearted person just like all people had told me about him on my first day. He tortures his employees like hell, no mercy at all and he fires people like he is clearing trash from his house. He doesn't even consider how they are going to find a new job to support their families. He just can't tolerate mistakes even if it's the slightest mistake which can be rectified if we try.

When he barks on people, his voice made me shiver always even if I was not the one who is being scolded. Sometimes he doesn't even need to raise his voice, his low tone is also enough to make the other person shaking in fear.

But other than that I have never interacted with him directly as I need to report to the boss of my department only. I don't think, he even knows that I work for his company.

"Kiara, is the file that I instructed you to work on is completed?" my boss asked. I nodded in response and get up from my seat to give him the file that he asked for, he thanked me in return.

I got back to my seat and started working again. I worked for 1 hour or so, then I realized that it's already lunch time.

Sanaya is on leave for a week, so I have to go to the canteen alone.

I got to the canteen. It was already crowded with people who were busy gossiping, giggling and complaining about their bosses. I ordered a burger, but when I searched for an empty seat, I found none.

Then I saw the table at the last in the corner, only a cutie kid was sitting there alone so I decided to share the table with him.

That kid was sitting alone with his drawing book and a plate of chocolate cake. Oh, I love chocolate cakes so much.

"Stop staring at kid's cake Kiara, just grow up" my inner voice insulted me again, which I ignored again.

There were two bulky men standing behind that kid, they seem like bodyguards!!

I ignored them and smiled warmly at that kid but all he did was just stared at me continuously without uttering a single word, but his eyes look familiar.

"Hey cutie, can I sit here. There are no other empty seats available besides this" his eyes scanned the entire canteen like he was confirming whether I was lying or not.

He looked at me again and I smiled again. Then, he nodded slightly. I took the seat while smiling widely towards him.

And those two bulky men seems.... shocked!?

STRANGE.

But this kid is so cute, I have this sudden urge to pull his cheeks and kiss those chubby cheeks, they are just like mine as I'm also little chubby. He must be around 4-5 years old.

I finished my burger but he still had not touched his cake so, I peeked on his drawing book to see what he was drawing. Oh wow!! his drawing is very good for the child of his age. He was drawing the beautiful scenery. He then took out his colour box and started coloring his drawing. He was about to color the tree blue when I stopped him and gave him the green colour from his color box and indicated outside the window to make him see the color of the trees.

He seems to get my point as he took the green color from me and started coloring again. He was so focused on his drawing, so I decided to feed him the cake by myself. I took the plate, cut the cake and brought the spoon near his mouth. He looked at me like I was crazy, I gestured him to open his mouth. He contemplated for a while and opened his mouth a bit, hesitantly at first but became comfortable after 2-3 bites. And just like that, I fed him the whole cake, then I cleaned his mouth with the tissue paper to which he smiled for the first time.

Damn, his smile is so cute.

After some time, people started leaving back for their work.

I also got up from my seat to go back to my work, but I stopped on my tracks and looked back at cutie, to my surprise he was already looking at me. I smiled at him.

"By the way cutie, my name is Kiara. I'll go for now and meet you tomorrow if you come here again tomorrow" I waited for his reply, but he didn't say anything so I decided to just go back to my work.

"Bye Tiara" I turned towards him and smiled a little on his pronunciation of my name.

"Bye Cutie" and before going back, I kissed his both cheeks to which he blushed.

Awwww he is such a cutie.
