A day of Danger: Akuma attack and a Snakeboy Savior

((A/N: First off I really wanna say thank you to everyone who is enjoying the story so far. I actually keep reading everyone's comments about wanting another chapter so even though I work early and its 11 at night, I can't sleep so I feel like now is as good a time as any to update. I will be using one of the more recent akumas, but I'm not following the exact plot of the show because well...I have to make it fit my story! Lol anyways hope you all enjoy. And I'm thinking of having a vote for the way you get the Kwami, and some other things in the story. Would that be something your all interested in? Let me know! Now, ONWARD TO THE STORY! ~*(Your PoV)*~

After having woken up and gotten ready I head downstairs for breakfast. Today is my first day going to school with Marinette and I'm excited. We spent all weekend decorating my room and hanging out with her friends, who I guess are now my friends. I was really glad for that, since we spent a good portion of the weekend aboard the Couffaines ship Liberty. It was so nice being able to make friends before going to school, now I won't feel so awkward when I go there, though I was warned about a particular girl who likes to cause trouble. Mari said her name is Chloe and that she's the Mayors daughter. Well I don't care who she is, if she messes with my friends or cousin I will put her in her place. But I really shouldn't be starting conflict here, it wouldn't look good for my image. But after Marinette and I get done with breakfast we'll be heading to school. I'm so nervous, I haven't been to public school in years! I hope I don't do anything embarrassing.

***(Time Skip cause I'm lazy lol)***

Looking up at the school, the only way I can think to describe it is....huge. Its a beautiful school, and I'm excited but also nervous. After a quick glance around I begin to notice just how many of Marinette and I's friends are already here. I should probably go in and find Mari so she can show me where the principals office is. She was supposed to but the second we got here she was whisked away by Alya, something about Adrien, whatever. But I don't know where to go! I can't ask one of our friends, their all in their own little groups right now. What am I gonna do?

"Hey (y/n), everything ok? You look a little lost." I jump at the sudden voice behind me and spin around only to come face to face with Luka. I can feel my face heat up as I nod. "Marinette was supposed to show me to the principles office but Alya dragged her off." I reply with a light blush, which only deepens as he chuckles. "Sounds about like them. Well I can show you to Mr. Damocles' office if you want." He says this with the softest smile I've ever seen. 'Why is he so sweet and cute?! It's not fair to my heart!' I smile brightly at him to hide how flustered he makes me. "That would be amazing! Thank you so much Luka." And with that I follow him upstairs and to the principles office.

~(TIME SKIP CAUSE SCHOOL SUCKS!)~

After the final bell rang I stretched at my desk before getting up. I forgot how exhausting learning can be, but I was glad to find I had a lot of classes with my friends, and everyone was so nice to me. Well almost everyone. After gathering my things I make my way downstairs and to the door where I spot everyone clustered in a group. Curious I head over. 'What's going on?' As I approach I can hear everyone whispering about an...Akuma attack? What is that? When I'm close enough I ask "What's an Akuma?" Causing nearly everyone to jump in surprise, oops.

Alya was the first to snap out of her shocked state and looked at me in disbelief. "Girl your not serious are you? You've been in Paris for a few days now and you still don't know what an akuma is?" All I can do in response is shrug. When we were all hanging out everything was always calm, and when I wasn't hanging out with everyone I was painting and organizing my room. She sighs and holds up her phone. "An akuma is something made by a super villain named Hawkmoth that attacks people with strong negative emotions, and turns them into villains. My Ladyblog is all about Ladybug, the hero of Paris who fights and deakumatizes the villains. But no villain ever has any memory of what they did when they were under Hawkmoths control." I nod along with what she's saying as I try to process it all. Super heros? Super villains? Akumas? It's a lot to take in.
