Miraculous Ladybug: Luka x Reader

Paris is becoming.....interesting

((A/N: 안녕하세요! Hello! Many things have happened. I got super busy at work cause during the month of April we get really busy at my job and I haven't had a day off since the 7th so I'm dying a little inside, my niece is 3, my sister is pregnant with a new baby, this whole Pandemic happened and the world is going crazy right now and I honestly needed to get reality straightened out a bit before jumping back to this story. You all have been so patiently waiting for a new chapter and I feel I have left you all waiting long enough! NOW ON TO THE CHAPTER!))

Life in Paris has been really interesting since that day I met Vipereon. There's just something about that snake like super hero that I can't get out of my head. He was truly beautiful and the way he helped Lady Bug and Chat Noir was amazing. I did learn that he wasn't the only temporary hero they have to help them. I've also come to learn the other heros of Paris who make their appearances from time to time such as Rena Rouge, Carapace, Pegasus, Ryuuko, Queen Bee who turns out to be Chloe, and King Monkey.

While these other heros might not show up as often, they are equally as important to protecting Paris as Lady Bug and Chat Noir are. Though despite this fact and these amazing heros the only one who lingers in my head is Vipereon. While I don't think it is uncommon to crush on a super hero who helped save your life, I can't deny he is way out of my league, no matter who he is in real life! Vipereon isn't the only one clouding my thoughts recently either.

I spend just as much time thinking about Luka. Sweet, angelic, kind Luka who can tell how someone feels just by looking at them, like he can see the song someones heartstrings are playing. He is way more than just a pretty face and it shows the second he looks at you, you can just see the care and compassion he has for his friends from a football field away!

Despite having a crush on someone as sweet as Luka that is growing at a rapid pace, I am not dense by any means. I see the way he looks at Mari, and it's obvious to everyone that his heart is playing a song to her. Despite the pain I feel, knowing he likes her and not me, I can't blame my cousin or hate her. Mari is amazing! I can see why Luka would like her and I really want him to be happy and her to be happy. I think it's a little interesting though. Mari is aware of these feelings, I see the way she trips up around him sometimes, though it's not as bad as around Adrien and that's really the only thing stopping Luka from having Mari reciprocate his feelings.

Adrien Agreste. The kind and supportive model who is so nice to everyone, and a little shy at times. He is great friends with everyone and after hanging out with him and the others on rare occasions he is let out of his house, we have become friends too. I can see, for a few seconds sometimes, the way he looks at Mari changes for a second. He looks at her the way Luka does. But he never goes past those subtle glances. He never pushes for it, its like he's afraid of being happy. Something is holding him back and I'm not talking about his fangirls.

Ahh. Those are another problem. Adrien's fans have a tendency to flock him, and discourage Mari from getting close, after she works up so much courage. Admittedly most of them are respectful and reasonable girls and respect Adrien's space. There are 2 who do not. Chloe, Adrien's friend since childhood and the snobby stuck up daughter of the Mayor, (who I will give credit to has had moments of growth, like a video I seen on Alya's blog of her apologizing for misusing the bee miraculous) who constantly clings to Adrien in a jealous fit over his attention being on Mari, which is really pathetic.

And then....

There's Lyla.

The bane of Mari's existence. I don't like Lyla, and I haven't from the moment I met her. Something about her just feels off, like she's hiding something. Like she lying about something. Lyla tried to befriend me, she acted super sweet and was very friendly. But that was the thing. She was acting too sweet. She was acting fake. Everyone says she's apparently famous and has done all sorts of things. I don't buy it. They are all taking her at face value and no one is checking to see if her stories are true. No one is verifying her word, to starstruck and in awe of the "amazing things she's done in her life" but I can tell a fake when I see one. I've been surrounded by them my whole life. And Lyla is an extremely good liar, but I can see right through her little charade. She obviously wants Adrien, but her methods of going about playing favor to him, are cruel and malicious. I heard everything about what she did to Mari, Mari ranted for hours about all the things she saw Lyla do, but she can't do anything to prove it, since Lila always covers it with more excuses. Everyone is so blind to her manipulation. Everyone except Mari and Adrien. Even Nino and Alya have moments of doubt that Lyla is fake cause she will say something and everyone eats it up. I don't. I don't know if what she feels for Adrien is love or something else. But I believe my cousin and I trust her. You also don't hurt my family and think you can get away with it. Lyla better stop or she's going to learn that Hawkmoth is not the person to be feared in Paris. I am. And She'll realize that soon enough.

I won't let anyone take any more family from me. I will do anything I have to, to keep them safe and happy. So Lyla better watch out.
