(V!) Todoroki's POV
I gave Midoriya a moment to cry. His tears soaked into my vest, and I leaned down and kissed his head. I looked around my room before I heard him sniffiling, and he looked up at me after a long moment. I locked the door, and walked him over to the bed. I sat down and leaned against the wall. Midoriya sat beside me, and I looked at him. "Just sit here, Midoriya." He looked confused, and his eyes were red from crying. I tugged him over to instruct his movements, and he sat in my lap. I hugged my arms around him and rested my head on the wall, while he rested his head on my chest. A few moments later, I felt his breathing tame itself to a steady pace. He had fallen asleep. I smiled to myself as I drifted
into peaceful sleep as well. With Midoriya in my arms, I felt like I had a purpose again. To protect him. Protect my loved one. That's my purpose...
