"Hey Sarah are you off today," My big brother shouts through the house when he comes in. Sarah doesn't answer her brother as she runs down the stares in her work clothes "I got to go love you," Sarah shouts through the house before she walks out the door for work. Sarah gets into her truck and drives off going to work.
thirty minutes later.......
"Sarah your late, why are you late?" Sarah's boss Dr. Alex said. "it was a thirty minute drive from my house what do you expect i live in the middle of nowhere," Sarah said cocking an attitude and she goes and grabs a pare of gloves to check out a patient. "Hello I am surgeon Sarah Cullen i will be your doctor today may i examin the wound?" she says. As the little guy takes his shirt off to show Sarah the wound his mother stops him "saying she's no doctor. " "Carlisle come here this child's mother wont let me examin the wound and she'll let me as long as there is a doctor in" Sarah shouts to the booth out the door. "ma'am Sarah is a doctor, master surgeon, nurse, and my daughter," Carlisle said taking the shirt off the young boy to the point Sarah can see the wound. "how bad is it? am i gonna need surgery? can you fix me you?" the young boy asked fast. "Hay, Hay i live with 5 boys and only 2 1/2 are related to me, whats your name?"Sarah said. "my name is Nathan, i fell and something hit my shoulder," Nathan said in tears. " Can i call u Nate" Sarah asked. the boy nodded. "so what i can order Sondra to do is sedate you so i can perform am emergency surgery on your shoulder, lets get this done but first lets get a x- ray first then lets get the surgery done," Sarah said.
ten minutes later.........
"Sarah wake him up," Sondra said as Sarah wakes Nate. In tears Sarah puts a oxygen mask on him and walks out of the room. "He is stable but i'm gonna have my dad take him to his room Nate needs to stay in the hospital for six months." Sarah says and walks off. "Sarah wait you never come out in tears what did you find?" Carlisle asked his daughter. "he is part wolf you can smell it. his body he is half vampire and half wolf he has came of age last year for is true wolf form." Sarah says cheeking out of work to go hunt with Emmett and Jasper her brothers.
thirty minutes later.......
"I'm home Em, Jaz, Eddy, my little babies imma find you," Sarah shouts. Sarah walks over to the couch saying " Hmm lets see i can't find Angel, Haisle, or Alex," she kneels by the couch and tickles them as she hears giggles she uncovers them and they giggle more when they say all at once " Aw you found us, Love you mamma," " Love you all too do you hind staying at uncle Billy's house with your cousin Jake," Sarah says sitting down.
five minutes later............
Sarah gets the babies over to their uncle and leaves to go hunt. "Nice no children for a week,"Emmett said. "Just because its spring brake doesn't mean you wont be watching the twins,"Sarah said as she attacks the elk. "Lets go bear hunting," Emmett said. "No i can't you probably forgot i am Indian i was raised on the rez," Sarah said
