Edward Sutton, a Pikachu in secondary school, has just arrived back in London following a temporary move to New York City five years earlier. Blaire Alden, who is an Eevee and also in secondary school, hasn't had much developing in life... But when...
While on the way back home, Blaire noticed Edward was sitting on the upper level of the Route 319 bus, rather than sitting in the seat she was going to sit in she got up and followed Edward upstairs. While going up the stairs, she tripped, Edward turned around.
"Excuse me miss are you okay," Edward asked nervously.
Blaire picked her head up and blushed.
"B-Blaire!" Edward shouted nervously, then he helped her up.
"Are you okay? You shouldn't rush up the stairs" Edward said, paw on her shoulder.
"Y-Yeah" She replied, looking at the floor in embarrassment. Then Edward smiled knowing what she wanted, "You wanna sit with me?"
She blushed harder but nodded, Edward laughed adoring her, "Come on"
The two got a seat on the right side of the bus watching the cars go by below them. Edward was humming the song Blaire had sung in the classroom this morning.
"S-So"
Edward looked over at her, "Take your time"
"C-Could I stop by your house sometime?" Blaire asked, playing with her fingers.
"Why not now?" Edward asked.
"Heh?" Blaire replied.
"You can stop over today! My parents are away, I don't think they'd mind if I had a guest, let alone somemon as adorable as you!" Edward replied.
Blaire felt her face get warm, "H-H-He called me a-adorable"
"What? you are adorable" He replied, laughing a little
"Th-Thank You" She replied, smiling at the compliment.
"Your very welcome" Edward replied.
"Where do we get off?" Blaire asked.
"Telford Avenue" Edward replied, "Last Stop"
Blaire gasped, she didn't think he lived that close to him, "I-I live on Killieser Avenue"
"Really?! Maybe tomorrow I should visit your place tomorrow, where are you? I'm at 20 Telford Avenue" Edward asked in surprise. (Edwards House)

"Cool! That's a ten-minute walk I think" Edward replied.
"Mm-hm" She replied.
"Oh my Arceus! I never thought my best friend lived so close!" Edward replied.
"Wait! Isn't that Poocheyena your best friend?" Blaire asked.
"Yeah! But so are you!" Edward replied.
Then the bus arrived at Telford Avenue and Edward walked Blaire over to his house, letting her inside before he stepped in. A clean house immediately greeted her, there were still plenty of boxes but the house still felt open enough for Blaire.
"Not bad" Blaire commented.
"Thank You" Edward replied, "Can I get you something to drink?"
"N-No thanks" Blaire replied.
"Oh ok," Edward answered.
Edward took off his blazer and hung it on the coat hanger, Blaire did the same. The two decided to settle on a movie. While they were watching, Blaire gradually moved closer to Edward and let herself lay on his shoulder, the yellow mouse noticed but didn't mind. Later in the movie, there was a scene that scared Blaire so she wrapped her arms around Edward, the Pikachu laughed a little.
"Whoa... Okay then..." Edward whispered.
Blaire whimpered and squeezed him during the next scary scene, "Ow! Whoa, your strong!"
"S-Sorry" She whimpered.
"It's okay just be gentle with me" Edward replied with a sigh, then she grabbed his paw and began squeezing it, Edward blushed a little he didn't expect her to do that. He wanted to say something to Blaire but couldn't get the words out.
"Sorry! I'd rather squeeze your paw rather than your waist"
"Th-That's thoughtful of you" Edward stuttered, he realised his face was getting warm. He still couldn't get the words out. Then when the intensity in the movie died down, she felt a little more calmer.
"You know I always felt so weird around you, I'm suddenly so scared, so nervous you know? I just really - really wanna have you around" She moaned nervously.
She leaned in and gave him a hug, Edward still felt like his mouth was glued shut, "H-Hey are you okay?"
Edward shook his head rapidly, "Y-Yeah!"
Blaire yawned and began to fall asleep, "I feel tired"
"When do you want me to wake you up?" Edward asked, still blushing.
"7:30" She replied with a yawn.
"If you say so" Edward replied.
Blaire let go of his paw and laid down on the couch beginning to sleep peacefully. Eventually, when the movie finished, Edward found himself falling asleep next to Blaire, the Eevee sleeping quietly. He felt his heart racing for some reason and decided his best to try and ignore it, he had no clue what was going on with him, all for her squeezing his paw. Then he figured it out what was going on with himself...
"Gah! Do I like her!?" He asked himself.
He had spoken a little too loudly because Blaire woke up from hearing him talk, "Evo?"
When he rolled over and saw her eyes opening up, when the two made eye contact they're faces turned red like strawberries.
"Ahhhh!"
"Ahhhh!"
They both were startled.
"Why were you lying next to me?!" Blaire yelped.
"I don't know!... Ah!... I'm gonna go to my room" Edward shouted in panic, he got up.
"W-Wait!" Blaire shouted.
Edward stopped, still blushing.
"I-I need to tell you something," Blaire said, playing with her fingers.
