During school, Edward was on his way to the cafeteria when somemon pulled him behind a wall, it was Blaire and she was blushing, "Do you wanna eat outside?"

Edward planned on sitting with his friends but he thought it would be cool if he sat with his girlfriend and chatted with her while he ate the cake him and Niko almost gobbled up the night before, "Sure... Let me just tell the others"

Blaire smiled and kissed him, Edward then ran off to tell his friends. Edward arrived outside, Blaire noticed he was holding something for her, she blushed.

"It's a cake! Do you want some?" Edward asked, the Pikachu sporting a goofy smile.

"Mmhm" Blaire moaned.

Edward giggled and kissed her cheek, Blaire kissed him on the mouth. Then she took the cake and started to chew on it, "Mmm Niko made this!? He should be a chef!"

"That's what I keep telling him!" Edward replied, biting into his piece.

Blaire took something out of her bag, it was a container and it had food in it, Edward dropped his fork in his container, "Di-Did you make me lunch?" Edward asked.

Blaire's face turned into a cherry, but she was smiling and looking at his eyes, his gentle harmless eyes, she nodded. Edward's face turned red, "You-You shouldn't have"

"But I did... I just hope you like it" Blaire whimpered.

Edward did indeed taste her food, it took him a moment, but then...

"Mmmmmf!" He squealed happily, the Pikachu jumped up and down happily enjoying the taste of Blaire's spaghetti.

"This is so fricking good!" Edward squealed.

Blaire breathed a relieved sigh, at least he liked her cooking, "This probably better then Niko's food! Not that I hate his food, but oh my Arceus, please tell me you bought seconds!"

"Ehhh - I didn't -"

"Awww"

" - but when we get back to my house I can make you some more"

A smile appeared on Edward's face, "Pikaaa!" He squealed happily.

"Tee hee ~" Blaire giggled, then she gave Edward a hug, he hugged her lovingly, the two giggled as they played around outside cuddling and laughing with eachother, it didn't take a moment for Niko to come outside just as the two were kissing, the Poocheyena felt weak. He couldn't believe what he saw, as the two touched noses, Blaire wrapping her arms around Edward's waist. Niko could not take what he saw, he ran away, through the gate and out of the school grounds.

The two stopped kissing sat down.

"Come on let's go back inside" Edward replied.

"Mmf" Blaire moaned, Edward bought her close and the two walked back inside, smiling and holding paws.

Then Edward's friend Triella, an Italian Minncino arrived downstairs in the lobby, "Eddy!"

Edward turned to her, "Yeah?"

"Where is Niko?" She asked.

Edward shrugged, "Was he gonna come and see me?"

"Yeah, he was supposed to, you didn't see him?"

Edward shook his head, so did Blaire, "Neither did I"

Edward was nervous, he hoped Niko didn't hurt himself or worse... But why did he run away? Why did he leave school grounds?... There were so many questions running through Edward's head he didn't know what to ask. The Pikachu was tempted to leave then and look for him but he didn't want to get into any trouble so after school that day, instead of going to Blaire's home, the two spent the night looking for Niko, the two saw police officers putting up missing posters of the poor Niko.

"Oh I hope he doesn't do anything I wouldn't do!" Blaire whimpered, the Eevee worried about his safety.

"I hope so too, Niko tends to do really stupid things when he's upset... And I know he is upset about something! But what is it!?" Edward asked himself.

"Is he bullied?" Blaire asked.

"No not really" Edward replied, the Pikachu still restless.

"Are you sure?" Blaire asked, looking across the street.

Edward nodded, "If anymon dare make fun of him, fry them until they can't feel their nerves" The Pikachu snarled.

Blaire flinched, "Yeesh"

"Sorry! I see him bullied so many times!" Edward replied, squeezing his fist the Pikachu believed that could possibly be the reason why he ran out of the building. Then again, even before he made the dash, he was acting pretty weirdly, that morning Niko couldn't make eyes contact with Edward for whatever odd reason and the Pikachu found that abnormal about him because he knew Niko as energetic and happy.

The two decided to stop and talk to Niko's mother, once Edward finished talking to her, he looked over to Blaire and shook his head. Their search for the friend carried on until the end of the day, the the they had no luck, that poor Niko was doomed, but around 8:20 it all changed...

Later while waiting for the train at West Ham, Blaire noticed a Poocheyena standing close to the platform edge, she didn't have a first thought about it but then...

Platform 8 for the 20:20 C2C service to Grays, calling at Rainham, Purfleet, and Greys... This train has 8 coaches.

A train slowly began to creep it way into the station approaching ever so slowly, then it sped up a little, that's when Edward noticed the sad glint in the Poocheyena's eyes and began to run as the train got closer and closer to him, just as the train was about to strike him in the face Edward yanked him away, the train applied the emergency breaks. Edward realised it was Niko, he began shaking the Pikachu didn't know what was going on so he slapped Niko.

"Wh-Wh-Wh-What the hell!?!?" Edward shrieked, "What did you do that?!?! I was worried sick about you! Why the fuck are trying to kill yourself?!"

The Pikachu was so upset he began slapping Niko repeatedly, "Tell me! What would want to make you stick your head infront of a fucking train!"

"Y-You wouldn't understand" Niko whimpered.

"Maybe I would if you would just talk to me about it, why are did you do that Niko?! Why did you put your head infront of that train?"

"Because I loved you!" Niko yelled.

The whole of the platform was quiet, the driver of the C2C peaking his head out the window gasped to himself. Edward blushed as Niko started crying, "N-Niko, I'm already with Blaire... I'm really sorry"

Blaire felt bad for Niko, like she had sunk his ship. Edward began squeezing Niko, he was glad his friend was safe, "Can we still be friends?"

Niko took a moment then he nodded. The days following the incident were more peaceful, Niko got over his rejection and decided to search on for somemon else to call his lover. While Edward and Blaire were still worried about Niko, they knew that they would be doing Niko a favour by letting him hang out with them.

"So what do you guys wanna do?" Edward asked, listening to a sample that Blaire and him sang at the studio recently.

"Hot cocoa?" Blaire asked.

"Yeah, I think I'll need it - Sheesh it's chilly!" Niko replied, closing his coat.

The two laughed, "Hot cocoa it is then!" Edward declared as the Overground train departed Highbury and Islington for Blaire's house, where they spent the day hanging out and connecting with Niko... The perfect end for somemon in distress... A nice cup of hot chocolate to calm them down.
