What a stupid, dumbass guy.. Max thought to himself.

How has he blatantly ignored all the clearly posted signs all along the way and traveled deep into an unknown forest completely alone!? I even sent Courtney to stop him and that didn't even phase him! He is either stupid as a box of rocks or has balls of steel.... I hate teenagers!

He gawked every time the guy drove right passed a No Trespassing or Keep Out sign, he couldn't believe his ears when Courtney said she failed...now he just watched this idiot park his damn truck right in front of yet another No Hiking No Trespassing sign! He was just straight pissing him off now... He pinched the bridge of his nose as he heard the truck door open. He didn't want to deal with this shit today... he was going to have to take more drastic measures to get this dumbass to leave their forest..
Once he had a couple options in his head he finally opened his eyes and looked towards the truck and suddenly his eyes widened...much to his surprise he saw long brown hair pulled through a ball cap and the unmistakable curvy body of a woman.... it's been a woman this whole time that's been this brazen!?
As the shock wore off and he began to take this woman in his breath hitched in his throat and his heart began to pound as a spark lit within it. Her long untamed dark hair fluttered in the breeze underneath her old ball cap, her tan olive skin seemed to have thousands of tiny diamonds embedded in it as it glistened in the sunlight, her arms and legs perfectly toned yet feminine, and oh her ass... perfectly thick, round and juicy..... oh how he desperately wanted to touch that ass... He felt his feet move involuntarily towards her and out the cover of the shadows but she suddenly perked up and looked around as if she sensed him. He quickly retreated into the cover of the brush and was astounded he had been so careless.

Get ahold of yourself Max! She could have seen you!  So what she has a nice ass... you've seen a woman before!

He tried to pull himself together but that's when she suddenly swung around towards him and he beheld her full beauty. He then completely fell apart and barely managed hold back a possessive guttural growl as the spark within him turned into a raging wildfire. His mind seemed to betray him and become entirely hers. He felt his feet starting to become restless once more and move towards her but he quickly sat down and held onto a tree to stay hidden. As he held onto the tree he starred at her taking in all her beautiful features. Her mesmerizing eyes were like rainy day clouds that were framed by long black lashes that went on for days, her lips were perfectly full and glistened with moisture, her square jaw was toned and made her look beautiful but powerful, her neck was long and toned and ran down to the most perfect set of perky breasts Max had ever seen. She was curvy in all the right places yet toned and fit. He had never laid eyes on a more beautiful creature than the one standing in front of him. He was now worried that the wildfire raging inside of him was going to burst out of him and burn the whole forest down. He tried to discern what this fire inside of him was but he could all he could figure out was that he had to protect this woman with his life... and that no other living thing would harm her in anyway. Suddenly Max realized his tongue had started to taste sweet which finally distracted him enough that he was able to tear his gaze from her which broke her spell on him.

Holy Fuck! What is Happening to me!?

He shook his head and tried to get rid of all these bullshit feelings that had sprung to life.

Get ahold of yourself Max... you're the gatekeeper... you have one job to do and you can't let one lousy little girl cloud your judgment... Plus there is No way you'll ever be able to have any sort of normal love life or relationship Especially with a human... So stop being a pussy and get this woman out of here!

After he had become focused again he turned his attention back to her texting on her phone then saw her fling a huge backpack over her back with ease.

Well she certainly ain't no fragile little weakling! I wonder what her name is... NO! Stop Max!

Suddenly he noticed what trail she started to walk down and his stomach dropped as his instincts to protect her surged to the front again.

No no no... don't go towards the packs territory...

Hope rose back up in him as she stopped and took a deep breath.

Yes that's it, go on the other trail please, Please!

Then a smile spread across her face and his mind went blank. All he could see was her beautiful face. He had never seen such a bright smile before, it made his cold hard heart start to feel warm inside and without realizing it a smile spread across his face as well. His daydream quickly came crashing down as he heard a twig snap right behind him. He whirled around teeth barred to see a red fox coyly sitting right behind him.

"I haven't ever been able to sneak up on you like that before Maximus. Aren't wolves supposed to have superior hearing and smell?" Courtney slyly said.

Her rolled his eyes and turned his back on her.

"What do you want?" he said gruffly.

"Wow you haven't gotten rid of this bozo yet?" she teased him.

He had to fight the urge to tell her not to call the beautiful woman a bozo.

"Why didn't you tell me it was a woman?" he said accusingly

"I didn't think it mattered if it was a woman or a man..." she said looking at him with curiosity

"Well it does... so now I haven't figured out the best way to get rid of her." he said annoyingly.

Courtney looked at him suspiciously,

"Um how about your do what you usually do with every other human that comes in here?"

His eyes narrowed as he looked at her. He scoffed

"That won't work. I don't think she's seen any of the signs and I don't think this one is going to be afraid of howling wolves. Now scram fox and let me do my job."

He hoped his excuse would get rid of her suspicion. She just rolled her eyes and ran back into the trees. He had to figure out what was going on with him and get this woman out of his mind before he got too distracted and let anyone sneak up on him like the little fox just had which could be a fatal mistake. He ran his hands down his face and groaned in frustration as he noticed the woman double her efforts and continue on the path towards pack territory. He knew she wouldn't be safe if she continued on that path so he would need to follow her and keep an eye on her. There was no way he was going to let her get hurt.
