"No!" Taehyung sobbed, squirming around in Jungkook's grip, feeling the knife press deeper into his cheek.
"Shut up! You did this!" Truth is, Jungkook was a bit torn up on the inside, seeing his ship in that current state that it is now...it meant so much to him.
"I didn't! I don't know anything! Taehyung is stupid! He doesn't know anything!" Taehyung screamed, squeezing his eyes shut and turned his head away from Jungkook's knife.
Jungkook frowned, feeling his heart clench at the words.
Shut up Jungkook! Why won't you get your work done?! I work so hard, your father left me to deal with the shit you give me everyday! If you're so stupid, maybe you should just leave! Leave and never ever come back!
The paper fell from the small hands, flopping onto the floor, marked up with a 100.
Jungkook shook off the memory, his expression hardening back into its usual icy cold, menacing glare. He dragged the knife across Taehyung's cheek painfully slow, seeing green fluid seeping out. He was a little surprised that it was green, but it was to be expected. Honestly, he didn't know why he wanted to hurt the other, perhaps it was resentment or anger pent up from the past.
The storm shook the boat once more, and the whole event cooled down, the raging clouds retreating into the distance. The grabbing waves grew smaller, now stilling into small bumps on the surface.
Taehyung was frozen, in shock and fear. He was confused, a jumble that he couldn't untangle from his mind. He didn't feel any pain, nor the need to cry. He was just...confused.
His eyes studied Jungkook's expression, who looked both angry and sad at the same time. He reached up with one of his hands, cradling Jungkook's cheek.
"Stop...just please stop." Jungkook hauled himself up, slithering below the decks, into the comfort of his own room.
Taehyung sighed, sitting up only to flinch at his newfound string of pains. It felt somewhat numb to him now, and only wanted to clear his head. He turned his head around, gazing at the cracks that split the wood like broken glass, splinters littering the floor.
The sails were torn up, its linen drags draping down depressingly. They swayed slowly, side to side, its edges fraying up as the wind puffed on it. The boat was a wreck, but somehow able to stay afloat.
The trio sat defeated, sighing at the drastic turn of events. They pursued Jungkook's actions, sadly marching back below the deck.
Taehyung remained sitting on the wooden floors, staring at the sun, which began to set. He felt uneasy, knowing that he felt like the one to cause this. Standing up shakily, he limped to the center of the ship.
Taking a deep breath, Taehyung cleared his head. He remembered Min-Jun doing sparkly things to fix his shabby room. Sparkle sparkle he thought, closing his eyes to attempt at sparkly things.
The boat glowed with a sparkly aura, a pale, pastel blue light encircling it. One by one, all the little pieces fit back to where they belonged, all the splinters of wood and small debris. It fit like puzzle pieces, restoring to its original form. However, there were spots that the magic didn't fix, perhaps it was a little bit far out of Taehyung's abilities.
Taehyung slowly opened his eyes, and jumped up excitedly, relived to see most of the boat in its former state. Although, his breathing became irregular, his chest heaving up and down rapidly, his short happiness succumbing to a faint. His vision faded, and control of his body lost as he fell to the ground.

You good for nothing piece of shit! Where are the fuck are you! Heavy footsteps stomped against the hollow floors, nearing near the small closet.
The little boy covered his mouth in attempts of staying as silent as he can, his eyes trembling as he peered through the small crack of the closet. He buried himself as deep as he can within the clothes, curling into a ball as he did so.
My dear little son, mommy loves you so much. I won't hurt you if you come out. The bony figure stomped about the room, hurling over furniture after furniture.
The closet door creaked open slightly, and the woman rushed to it, flinging it open to find the little boy, cowered in the corner.
Found you!
Gasp. Jungkook woke up, tumbling off the bed. He groaned in pain, before realizing that he was shaking, shaking as if he was about to break into tiny shards.
"Fuck..." He muttered, trying to calm himself down. Images flashed through his head, and he wanted nothing more to forget them.

The sun shone high above the sky, warming up the air around. Taehyung still lay in the same position as yesterday, his body aching with soreness and pain.
Pain pain pain, it was what Taehyung knew his entire life, not seeming to not have a second go by where he doesn't receive the familiar feeling.
Nevertheless, he got up anyways, trudging across the deck to the door that was left open. He gripped onto the walls for support, limping through the seeming endless hallways.
He walked for a while, taking a few steps at a time. He slowed down, his hands and feet shivering. It was beginning to become cold, and the thin button up Taehyung had on wasn't doing its best to keep him warm.
Feeling exhausted, he sat abruptly to the floor, leaning against a random door.
Hmmmmmmm
Ok so I dunno if you all are somewhat confused in the last few chapters so Imma explain.
Taehyung -> human because Min-Jun casted a spell, which was the black ink on his finger. Sirens can't turn into humans willingly, unless there's a spell.
The reason why Jungkook is acting in a way that is "nice" to Taehyung is because he's under a spell, but a weak one, hence why he is able to break it off temporarily due to him getting mad or remembering something traumatic.
Leave a comment if you confused, forgive me for making this au so difficult to explain (maybe I'm not explaining this correctly), but I hope you enjoyed reading this! Thank you for the reads :D
