The Time was 22:30 hours: she had been alone in the sitting-room for nearly two hours. but, when she heard the sound of a car outside, she knew it was her husband returning from work. she quickly rushed out to welcome him. She opened the door, hugged and kissed him. She collected his bag and together they walked back to the sitting-room
"Diarling, you are late today. I was worried". The wife complained
" Oh am so sorry" returned the husband
" I hope all is well? Inquired by the wife with worries written all over her face.
" Yes we only had emergency case"
" I can see you look tired and hungry, so while you are taking your bath, the table will be ready"
Twenty minutes later the husband joined his wife at the dinning-table
I missed you so much today, my pretty indeed am very sorry for the inconvenience by coming home late might causedc you "said the husband.
"Never mind, I'm happy you're back home safely. You know your safety is always my utmost concern "
With you by my side, I always feel comfortable" replied the husband.
" Finish your meal; I've something very important to tell you"
"Wat is it? Tell me". The husband demanded with curiosity written over his face
"No until you finish your meal"
" But am satisfied" replied the husband
" Then let's go to sleep"
"What! But am not sleepy?"
"You're tired and need some rest. So just stand up and follow me. Ask no more questions and make no complaint"
"Okay madam," the husband replied
