You were on your way home from your job at the local cafe where you'd been trying to earn the money for a car when you rounded a corner and bumped into an orange-haired girl with green eyes, the girl looked up at you and smiled, stating simply "Salutations!" as she jumped up to her feet with a big smile on her face, extending her hand in a not so natural fashion
Being the respectful person you were, you extended your hand and shook her's, smiling in kind and the saying "It's nice to meet you, I'm really sorry about that, are you okay?" you were somewhat confused as to how little of a reaction the girl had shown to the fall and how fast she'd recovered as if it didn't happen
Penny smiled and kept shaking your hand long after you had stopped doing the motion on your own, though she didn't seem to notice "Oh, I am quite alright, thank you for asking! I am Penny, it's very nice to meet you." at least she was polite
"Oh, where are my manners, I'm Y/N." You smiled in return, though your arm was starting to get tired from all of the shaking it was doing, did this girl just not have a stop button or something?" you then spoke up "Umm, you can stop shaking my hand now..."
The girl immediately quit and apologized "I am very sorry, sometimes I forget to do things, thank you for stopping me." she grinned and bowed softly before looking toward a blacked-out car that had pulled up on the other side of the street "Oh, I'm very sorry, but my ride has arrived. I have to go now. I will see you later, friend." she smiled and before you could respond she got in the car and it drove off

You had recently been recruited into the White Fang and you had been assigned to the usual warehouse of Roman Torchwick and his dust thieving operation, your (faunus trait) twitching uncomfortably due to the rather itchy and rough fabric used in the White Fang uniforms scratching up against your skin. Honestly, you couldn't wait until your shift would end and you could head home and take a nice long bubble bath, yeah that sounded nice, the warm water and the bubbles on your skin, it was so therapeutic...
However, you were soon snapped out of your blissful daydreaming as boots clicked on the floor, and from Torchwick's office, a rather enraged child-sized woman with brown and pink hair came storming out after the sound of a shocked Roman and a woman came ringing out across the complex. Soon after Roman came to the door and called after her while a woman with a dog tail held her shirt to her body to cover herself.
'Ah, so the fire-crotch is a cheater, surprise surprise.' you say internally before you look after Neo and sigh before walking after her as if going about your usual guard route, soon you caught up to the woman and saw she had slipped off too where the prisoners were kept, mostly caught turncoats and people who'd decided not to pay off their debts, nobody of real importance, and it seemed Neo had recalled that as she was currently in the process of stabbing a pair of debtors like kababs with a skewer in the form of her umbrella pike
You sighed as you approached and as she pulled the skewer out of the pair of victims you asked out loud "You okay, boss?" you hadn't really spoken to her before since she usually just stood quietly with Roman while he gave the orders
When she looked back she had the remnants of tears on her face and she simply nodded before she pinched the pike of her weapon between her gloved fingers and ran them down it, whipping the blood off of it and putting it back into her umbrella.
"Oh, well... alright then. Just thought I should check on you." you offered a soft smile but the girl then gave a frown before giving a look of real sadness, it was clear she was hurting so you asked "Wanna go get some food? Helps me get over stuff."
She smiled softly in return this time, though still, she had a sad look on her, she pulled a notepad from her pocket and wrote something down before handing it to you, it read 'That would be nice. Thank you. And would you happen to know a place I could stay? I just don't want to stay here with him.'
You read the note and then look back at her, without thinking much of it you say "Oh, well I have a spare room you can have, it won't be a problem at all." at this the girl smiled brightly and hugs you, it was at that moment a beautiful friendship was formed

You were hanging out with your friends a few weeks before the Vytal Festival when you had bumped into Neon, the both of you were incredibly drunk and she invited you back for a threesome with her and her boyfriend. The next morning the two of you woke up and the 'boyfriend' hadn't really existed and nobody had shown up, she admitted that she'd bee curious about being with girls and she then said that she'd loved it so much that she asked you out right there.
While you were both still naked and curled up to eachother, so instead of questioning things and worrying about the specifics of this, you just said 'okay' and went back to your sleepy cuddle session with your new kitty cat
