Tords pov

Yeah, I got kicked out of my own army. Not exactly the most interesting backstory, the reason wasn't the best either.
Kill ONE soldier for misbehaving and suddenly you're a traitor.
So yeah, now I'm here, selling shoes and clothes, whatever will get me paid a decent amount.

I was new to the town, so I wasn't exactly worried about anyone seeing me or knowing me.
The lads were alright and the ladies were nice to look at, so I wasn't complaining. I found an apartment pretty quick as well, nice place.

I'm blunt, but some would say it's a virtue, though I'm not sure if they mean it in a good way, but it is what it is.

I had a nic for selling shoes the most out of all my products, it felt personal, you can learn a lot about a person from their shoes.

So I decided to go into the big business, so far I was doing alright.

I was busy stacking the shelves behind the counter when I heard the sound of the door open, but I didn't bother to turn around.

The girls in the self care aisle were getting annoying, I was considering kicking them out unless they bought something.
I don't have time for people to just lounge around, trying to run a business and all that.

I heard the ring of the bell I kept on the counter, no one ever bothered to ring it though.

When I turned around I saw a shorter female in some pretty weird clothes, pastel pink high waisted skirt and a baggy white t-shirt tucked into it, when I looked further down I saw she was wearing black fishnets and big, boxy pastel shoes to match the skirt.
I had seen girls like this only on the internet, mostly in porn but hey guys gotta do what a guys gotta do.

"May I help you?" I asked, noticing her red face and keeping back a chuckle.

"Y-yeah sorry." She said, letting out a small laugh and scratching her cheek, "I'm not exactly sure how to go about this but uh," She looked down and turned even more red, "I-I need shoes, I didn't know if I would have to call in or come in so I just decided to test my luck. "

I nodded, pointing over to where all the shoes were, "Well we have a pretty extensive selection if you'd like me to-"

"Custom shoes." She interrupted.

"Ohh I see."
