"This way" Gust clicks leading them into a wide room.

starlight filters through a hole in the cealing. the tribe is big, bigger then they first imagined with all the dragons scattered across the land and sea. curious faces bob their heads in greeting as the strangers walk by to the center.

Seara carefully steps past a hatchling hiding behind his parent's legs. "I feel strange bring up details in front of them." she says refering to the little ones around the room.

"dont worry too much we dont hide anything from our babies." breezy chirps. "its good to know what they think too, thats why we include the entire tribe."

"But at that age the parents have more influence over them. wouldn't larger families have more power?"

"Perhaps, but we hardly ever gather the tribe like this."

"really? who tells everyone what the tribe needs? what needs to be done?"

"A dragon is hungry, they hunt." she says with a shrug a little confused by the question.

Gust spreads his wings and the tribe becomes quiet. "You may speak for as long as you wish, every tribemate has this right, when you are finished close your wings to signify you are finished." Gust rumbles.

The girls nod to each other and Seara steps up next to gust as he steps away. Seara pauses a moment deciding what to say. they are such a kind peaceloving tribe, would they truly want to fight? risk their lives? their children? they might anyway if they didnt comply to death tribe's demands.

Seara spreads her wings "Wind tribe, I have known you for a day and never have I been welcomed with more warmth by anydragon. I wish I could offer you good news as a meger form of repayment, but I cannot. We have come here to tell you that the tribal way of life is being brought to the test. death tribe has risen again, this time not to overthrough the mother's rule but to distroy what her children have created. So far ice and forest tribe have been vanquished. I fear that my tribe, fire tribe, will be next. We have come to ask for help in defeating them." seara says folding her wings.

The tribe murmers to one another taking in the new information.

A drake moves to open his wings but another dragons beats him to it. "you want us to fight?" he asks closing his wings.

"yes" seara clicks. "without you we may be outnumbered. It's the only way we might have an advantage."

"what if we have hatchlings?" A dragoness wimpers. "what will become of them?"

Gust spreads his wings. "I believe we should fight. Im not sure of anyone else but I have never seen so many different dragons show up at our nest at once. If they are united the situation must be dire. We are however still our own dragons. This calling should not be for the whole tribe but only for those who wish to follow us."

The dragons pause in private discussion again. Breezy runs over to Gust her tail flicking back and forth in agitation. She says something to him but he just shakes his head.

"I will go" A dragoness calls out.

"Me too!"

"I shall as well"

dragons rear up volentering to help. Seara counts perhaps twenty in total. Twenty one including Gust.

"then we will leave at daybreak. Try to get some rest and eat a good meal before we leave." Seara says ending the meeting. She pads over to Gust staring at his paws. "what did she say."

"my mate is angry with me."

"why?"

"she does not think I should fight."
