When her father had told her to wear an extra shirt under her suit,he was absolutely right.No matter how warm her long sleeved suit was she was shivering.

Sokovia was absolutely freezing and it was already May.Snow covered the whole base,or more likely forest, making their mission a little more difficult than planed.Just a little more.Their mission was to take down a HYDRA base and obtain Loki's scepter back.And right now she stood with her father on a vehicle that was driven by Natasha.And not in the most gentle way.

While she shoot her arrows to the soldiers coming their way she tried to keep her balance as much as possible.Her father,on the other hand,barely even moved an inch,was this man even human?She had to suck it up that she was was going to be impressed by her father every single time.

"Can this thing go any more rockier?"Valerie asked as she let another arrow loose,her target barely even getting hit.Natasha on the front had just kicked a man with the door of the vehicle she was driving, sending him off."Apparently yes."

As they drove further down the rocky road towards the base her eye caught Steve and Thor fighting off some soldiers with the Captain being on a motorcycle.A quick zooming sound added Tony in his own red and gold suit in her point of view along with Hulk literally smashing soldiers.

Natasha quickly turned the car sharply and all of the squad jumped over a fence ready to take control.

She pulled another arrow as she rolled over her body and landed on one knee,sending it off.She needed work on her landing.Snow was now covering most of her body.

"Shit!"she heard Tony curse loudly through her earpiece.

"Language."said Steve in a stern voice.The hell?When did he because a saint?"JARVIS,what's the view from upstairs?"

"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield.Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken."Jarvis replied.Valerie was still confused on who Jarvis was.Clint had told her that Jarvis was the family butler of Howard Stark,Tony's father.But after he passed Tony named a whole computer system after him.So in her mind he was a talking computer.All she had was a touch phone,she wasn't a genius to know more things.Or maybe just a tiny bit.

From the other hand Strucker was the leader of this base and the person they were after for this mission.

"Loki's scepter must be here.Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it."Thor said."At long last."his voice lowering.Another thing she learnt was that Loki's scepter was taken to his base that's why they were contacted as well.But she didn't knew if it would be a good idea to get the mad God's scepter back.Seeing how it's power was able to do so much it wasn't exactly safe even in their hands.Not that it was safe in the actual God of Mischief.

"At long last is lasting a little long,boys."Natasha said in a sarcastic manner as she shoot a guy close to her.She was a few meters away from her and her father so she was able to cover her as well.

"Yeah.I think we lost the element of surprise."Clint said as he hid behind a tree to not get hit by an incoming blast.

"Good thing you realized that early."Valerie said as she pressed her back to a tree trunk to get away from a blast coming her way,as well.She trained her ears on the occasional zipping of arrows and gunshots as she looked around for anyone coming closer to them.

"Wait a second.No one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said 'language?'"Tony asked seeming confused that nobody paid attention to the comment.

"I know."Steve said as a screeching sound was heard from his side and a few grunts following.

"Did he just threw his motorcycle at someone?"Valerie asked as she let another arrow fly to a guy sitting at the top of a vehicle.Clint shrugged across from her.
